We had an issue where our A/C wasn’t cooling when we were hosting a party of 30 people. I made a phone call to One Hour Heating and Air and within an Hour They arrived, fixed my issue and was back up and running! Shane was an amazing technician, super friendly and always super professional! Thank You One Hour, and Shane! You saved the day!!
This company is very friendly to veterans - they have a VIP just for veterans . Tom is trustworthy, detailed , honest and very efficient. Highly , highly recommended! TOM IS THE BEST !!

Called 1-hour about AC blower fan failure. Technician came and quickly determined the cause and told us the replacement part is OEM , gave us the estimate and the day it will be fixed. Everything went perfect as they promised without any hassle. Great job Cory and Lyane!

The scheduling staff is always courteous and helpful and the tech came out same day. Communication is excellent and thorough - texts and emails - with every step. Mike was professional and friendly, explaining what he was doing during the inspection of the AC and what needed repair. Very happy and will definitely use their services again.

Tom from One Hour Heating and Air was great. He got out herein a hurry, gave me some good options with competitive pricing and an interim fix while I wait for the permanent solution which he was able to get me on the schedule for a quick turnaround time as well. Rick was our installer and did a great job on the install.
Our technician, Garrett, was so very thorough in servicing our air- conditioner. I couldn't be happier with his work to tell me that everything is working as it should be.
Lance let me know he was ahead of schedule and was able to get the issue fixed during a very hot week. Great service!
Edit: went from 4 stars to 5 stars because the cost of the tune up was included towards purchase of a new AC. Previous: Very responsive, quickly got a technician out to check on things. Price for tune up seemed a little high, especially since it didn't fix anything. I will update this review depending on how the tune up and service call price is incorporated into estimates for a new AC unit. The technician, Shane, was very kind, and has an excellent understanding of his industry as a whole, it was great to get a forward looking perspective in the context of efficiency and materials being used.

Layne came out to do an AC check after I noticed some water leaking out. He was quick and provided a very easy explanation about what the problem was and how it was fixed. I will use this company again.
