I have been getting high electric bills, so I wanted to see if my A/C or furnace was malfunctioning. Freddie came out and did a thorough test on all my HVAC equipment and didn't find any issues. Many service companies will recommend service even if it isn't needed, but Hendrick's Heating and Cooling is an honest company that only recommends service if it is needed! Thank you!
Hendricks Heating And Cooling is great. They are very flexible and extremely helpful. We need routine furnace maintenance, and James was our service tech from them. He discovered a faulty piece, and got everything fixed and replaced. Highly recommended.
My furnace shut off yesterday and it was irreparable. I was able to speak to Robinson consultant this morning and new A/C and furnace units were installed today. Hendricks Heating And Cooling installed our furnace about a year ago. Just recently, our thermostat became unresponsive, so we called to check whether it was still under warranty. They verified that it was and came out to do the work within just a couple of days. We have always appreciate their professional communication and responsive service!
First-class client service! I've had a problem with my AC for a while. I've called out other companies before and nothing compares to the excellent service Hendricks Heating And Cooling gave. The employee that came out was nice and competent. He fixed the problem and even shared tips with me. Would endorse this company in a heartbeat!
Robinson was awesome he did a excellent job!! He was very professional and made sure he kept me up to date on his progress. He explained everything and was glad to answer any questions. We were very pleased dealing with Hendricks Heating And Cooling. Our furnace failed and Hendricks Heating And Cooling was able to come out that day to check it out. We got a reasonable quote the same day and had a new furnace installed within a few days. The installers were quick and very efficient. Furnace is running great. Hendricks Heating And Cooling always do a massive job for us! They installed a new HVAC for us recently which has saved us lots of money on both our heating and cooling bills. Their service department also gets top marks. Robinson was at our home this morning checking the furnace and did a meticulous job. We proudly recommend them to anyone!!
Very quick response time and friendly, informative staff. Got us a nice new furnace in no time. The sales rep were very helpful in remedying a small miscommunication and had a service guy right back out to fix the issue. Service technicians were knowledge and quick.
Robinson was spectacular. Extremely cultivated about his work and got the garage door springs replaced in almost no time at all plus gave me advice on another issue with the garage opener and estimates for the work when i decide to replace. Look no further, he is the real deal!
I would definitely recommend Hendricks Heating And Cooling because they will work to make things right if there is an issue. I cannot say enough good things about the people we dealt with. Every person was excellent to deal with. Follow up has been outstanding. They were quick, thorough and professional. Our furnace stopped working abruptly. Nate gave us an honest evaluation of the problem with options. Next day he arrived to estimate the complete job and was professional and thorough. New system was installed despite the weather below freezing temps. The technicians were amazing. The area was left cleaner than when they arrived. We are thrilled with the system and the service. We are lifetime clients.
Called Hendricks about a non-functioning AC unit today and Nate was sent out immediately and I had a fantastic experience. Nate is beyond awesome! He solved the problem within an hour and the AC was back to its working order. He really came through for me in a big way! Thanks so much!! Highly recommend!!
The staff and the technicians working at Hendricks Heating And Cooling are terrific! I called regarding my faulty air conditioner and Nate called and said when he would be here and he kept his word. He was friendly and informative, took enough time to do a great job and and left our home very cool. He seemed knowledgeable of the problem and how to fix it. I was very excited & impressed. Hendricks Heating And Cooling is the best!
