Just had my heating tune up with Albert J. He was patient, detail oriented, and extremely polite. Answered all my questions and was not pushy about selling anything. He is highly reliable and was able to replace parts, which he had on his truck, and complete the service quickly. I recommend him and Griffith Heating & Cooling Company!
Tim and the crew were very professional and respectful while they worked. They explained to me the process of cleaning the vents and ductwork. He shared pics before and after the cleaning. I am so pleased! If I could give them 20 stars I would!
We had a great experience with this company when I needed my furnace repaired. The technician was prompt and efficient, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He had all the necessary parts on hand and was able to make the repair on the spot. The technician was friendly and professional throughout the entire process and even took the time to explain what he was doing and how I could prevent similar issues in the future. This company is the best! They came out to my house on a cold day, and they were very friendly. They replaced my heating and air conditioning system in one day, even though I originally called them on a Saturday! The customer service was outstanding. They come highly recommended from me!

The crew from Griffith Heating & Cooling Company has been maintaining our Heating and Cooling system for a couple of months now. Their technicians have always been great and willing to answer my questions concerning the system and how to run it most efficiently. Recently one of the techs, gave our heating system a fall tune up and we are now ready for winter.
Had an appointment for an AC tune up and the technician never showed up. Took work off to be at home and never got a phone call or any explanation. When I called there was no explanation. They just said sorry and would you like to reschedule. Having a “service plan membership” seems to have very little benefit. Steer clear of this company!
I was able to schedule an appointment for my evaporative cooler service in a very timely manner, just in time for the 80's to hit this week. The technician was very neat, professional, and personable. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He was very thorough, got the job done quickly, and the price was right! Thank you so much! We will definitely be calling Griffith Heating & Cooling Company again, and recommending to friends and family.
Mark from Griffith Heating & Cooling Company came to service our two air con units and he was very friendly , efficient, and thorough, and did a great job . I would have no hesitation in recommending them to to anyone who needs such services. kudos!
If I could give them zero I would. They have TERRIBLE customer service. I called at ~11am to schedule a same day appt (12-3pm timeframe), which I thought was awesome. Although they were double the price as known companies that were two weeks out for service. Called at 3pm when no one had called yet, no big deal. They saw my order and said they’d have someone call me by 3:30. Gave it a couple hours and called back and the customer service agent told me my work order was canceled at 11:45 and I need to reschedule??!!!???!! What in the world is that??? She said that agents aren’t supposed to tell us a timeframe even though I was told three times (one pre call before I booked) that someone would be out today. How was it cancelled before noon when I spoke to someone at 3:30pm?? I will never work with this company again and make sure anyone I know doesn’t either. See my other reviews, I am not just a negative Nancy, this was just ridiculous. 🤦🏻♂️
Long story short, I am a satisfied Griffith Heating & Cooling Company's customer! The new high efficiency furnace has exceeded our expectations. I mostly appreciated their honest recommendations. Others tried to oversell their products and services. Thank you guys!

Very clean, polite and professional technician. Price was very reasonable. Griffith Heating & Cooling Company reps showed up ready to work with knee pads on and tools in hand. No need for him to go buy parts because he already had everything that they needed in there van. Best HVAC service/price I have ever had.
Greg was great. I received a call asking if he could come early, and that was a big help since I was only in town for a short period of time. He arrived on time, got to work, explained some aspects of the new system installed last year, serviced the unit, just great! So happy I found Griffith Heating & Cooling Company and Greg!!

Griffith Heating & Cooling Company knowledge on the heating system was superior to most we have work which saved us a great deal of expense by fixing it properly and not with unusual solutions. My 25 year old furnace decided to die December 24th. The technician arrived and both explain and show us why it died. He then contacted his boss and got us 4 quotes of different furnaces explaining them all. The company provided us with a heater to keep us warm, and the owner came out to do all the measuring and give us the breakdown for the zoning. We got a new furnace and the house zone for a very good price.
First time using them and very pleased. Our air went out and Griffith Heating & Cooling was willing to get to us as quickly as they could.The estimator who came to our home was able to give us plenty of options and worked with us until we had the best option for our home. Our unit was installed the next day and its very quiet and efficient.
