The repairman Harland, was professional and very polite( a trait not prevalent anymore). The only thing that would have made the experience more enjoyable is if it were free. So blissful.

Really good experience with this company. They came out to my house, and fixed my heating and cooling unit. They were super nice and professional, and they even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I would definitely use them again!
Craig serviced our furnace today and once again was a great technician to have work in our home. He pointed out the leaking water heater which I forgot to mention to him. He explained the service required thoroughly and mentioned other things that should be done to help prevent it from happening again since we've been through this repair a few years ago. He is a very professional technician and we always are happy to see him on the job.

Very experienced and did the work as requested. Craig was very respectful of me and my house, he wore shoe covers and also laid down a drop cloth to cover the floor as he cleaned my AC system to make sure he didn't dirty up my floors.Highly recommend.
Shelton Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by a close friend who had A/C installed recently and I can see why. Craig did our inspection and provided our quote. He was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. After the installation was complete, he was very thorough with the walk-through and did not rush through anything. When they left, my basement was spotless.

I recently had a heating issue with my heat pump so had Shelton Heating and Air Conditioning company come out to help me out. Craig arrived within the appointed time frame and quickly diagnosed the problem. Great experience and would welcome them back if needed in the future.
