This place is awesome. I have been a customer for many years - ever since another company red tagged my furnace and there to pressure us into replacing out unit. Priority came in and verified there wasn’t an issue. Been with them ever since. They replaced my unit last year and this weekend the system wasn’t keeping up. They sent someone at 8:30 at night on a holiday weekend to look at it and fixed the issue. And he was so gracious. I had 3 quotes on my unit and he was very fairly priced. Honestly a no brainer to go with them and now I know several people who switched to them as well based on how they have treated me.

The professional prompt service was great. The old air conditioner unit was repaired in a few hour, I expected to need a new AC.
Priority came out and to diagnose my problem. They were recommended by a lot of the neighbors in my area on my neighborhood app. They said the electronic board that sends signals to everything was bad and to replace it would be $997, labor and everything , with 6mos warranty, to me I consider it $1k. And that was just the “basic” package to get it up and running. They said I could pick from 4-5 different packages after the basic and go up in price and longer warranty I guess. Showed me the 4-5 different packages starting with the basics package of $997 to $2000 dollars. I couldn’t afford $1k so I paid them the $89 diagnostic fee and sent them on their way. Then I got on the neighborhood app and found a someone named Shane who came out and fixed it for $150 labor plus $180 for the electronic board. He works for a company that foes HVAC. He showed me the receipt of what he paid for the electronic board. Since it was already diagnosed he came out with a new electronic board and got it up and running. I don’t recommend Priority Heating to anyone!!! I probably would’ve done it if it was $500 or so but 1k ! So so glad I didn’t. Saved myself a lot of $$$$. They will take your money if you didn’t know any better. Many of my neighbors in the area have used them and probably got an honest technician that came out but after Shane came out to fix the problem with less money than what Prriority quoted I was flabbergasted by the difference in price . Thank you to Shane for his honesty and he even told me show me some preventive measures to take to keep my unit running in top shape. Will use him for all my HVAC needs from now on , someone who won’t break the bank.
Service technician was on time, worked quickly, took care by wearing shoe covers on our floors. He was very personable and took the time to answer any questions that we had. Highly recommend!

Our zone 2 would not kick in on our heating system. I called Priority and spoke with James. I was told Scott would be to our home between 1 pm and 2 pm Scott showed up at 12:40 pm Scott was excellent !! He asked about my concerns and after discussing he stated “ I will figure it out” And he did! Scott is a very personal and professional young man. Excellent customer service and knowledge. I was so impressed I signed up for the bronze maintenance program offered for my heating and cooling systems. We highly recommend Priority My wife and I were very impressed with the service provided by Priority. Scott thanks for the great Service !
Great communication, professional, did a very good job with a replacement heat recovery ventilator. Would definitely use them again.

Experience with Priority was great! From initial office contact, to ongoing status communication, to Tech’s knowledge and demeanor - we could not have asked for better service. James was super informative, insightful, and straight forward. He got furnace back up and running and provided future recommendations at my request. Not pushy or aggressive at all… really seemed genuinely concerned with meeting our needs and providing us information to help us! I will definitely be working with Priority for future HVAC needs.
James and his team are very knowledgeable and super responsive. Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening. I called and left a voicemail saying that it wasn't working and asked someone to give me a call the next morning to see if someone could come out (it wasn't too cold out yet so we would be fine through the night). James called me back within 30 minutes and said that someone would be out the next day around 9:30 am. It was actually James that came out and he was there right at 9:30 am. He took a look at the problem and didn't have the part needed, but he found a temporary solution to get us heat. 2 days later another tech came out and installed the replacement part super fast. This is just great customer service.
I set an appointment with Priority Heating & Cooling to come review some error codes my furnace was having & they were easy to work with right away. They actually called and came early due to a cancellation! Their service technician Scott showed up precisely within the hour window provided & was very professional, knowledgeable, & personable. He took the time to explain what the issue was & how it was resolved, plus give me an overview of my equipment. I've worked with several other large HVAC companies and wouldn't go back -- I will absolutely be calling Priority Heating & Cooling again. Thank you for getting my furnace back up & running so quickly!
We had to rely on Priority Heating & Cooling Inc in Woodbury for our AC needs this summer. The work was done quickly and efficiently, with no surprises. They came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. And all of this at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issues!
Priority Heating and Cooling have exceeded my expectations every time I've used them. Their technicians are always on time, and they know what they are doing. It's so hard to find HVAC company that does good work these days, but Priority has been awesome. They had the best AC repair services in Woodbury, MN no question about it!
