Ty’s mechanical was very responsive to come out the same day we called. They had our equipment up and running in a timely manner with the hot heat. They are professional, honest and dependable. We will call them again in the future for any hvac repairs or installs. We appreciate your honest and hard work.

Ty was a recommended by my sister in law who gave home high remarks to give us a second opinion regarding our furnaces heat exchanger. We were told by another HVAC company that we need to replace it or the furnace which was only 7 years old and the furnace was a TRANE which should last 15-20 years. He gave us a totally different diagnosis which save us 3000-7500 dollars in repair or replacement. Very knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis in lay terms. I would recommend for all HVAC needs.
Ty was detailed, thorough, and very easy to work with. We had some decisions to make regarding unit sizing and he gave us all the info we needed (pros, cons). The other guys we got quotes from just told us what we’d get with no consideration for our budget or our house’s sizing needs. HVAC is a homeowner headache and Ty made the process of replacing a broken AC a breeze.

He really knows about Ac Units, He was very polite and install a Brand New Lenox Unit when we had so hot days, he saved my house. We signed a contract and he did and install new piping, coil, fuse box etc, very professional job and the unit on a base and squared. Thank you Ty for being reasonable and pro, He did what we agreed in a contract. My AC still works perfectly.

They came out within a hour and a half and figured out it was my condenser in no time they had it fixed and it’s working great! Highly recommend!

Submitted a contact request on the website and was called within a day, with Ty able to come out the next day to check to try and repair the unit. After checking it out, turned out the unit needed to be replaced. I had another company come out to get a quote as comparison. Ty's price was both cheaper and a better unit, not even counting the fact that he was able to install much sooner. Obie was the one that came out and did a great job. Overall about as painless as replacing an AC unit can be. 10/10 would recommend Ty.
