Only sent me a quote w/out coming out
Feels great to have the furnace working again. They were quick to respond to fix the igniter. I loved working with Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning and thank them for their professionalism. They arranged to bring out 2 loaner space heaters to keep us and the house warm while the repairs were underway. We will be a long time customer and highly recommend this company.
AWFUL. THIS IS A SCAM. Set up an appointment with an 8-11 window to fix my air conditioner, they offered me an upfront payment of $99 + 10% off services OR a per charge fee. I went with the upfront. They never showed, called and spoke with some offshore answering service, they said someone would call me and never did. Called again and an hour later and still nothing. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank and calling another company since no one actually knew what was going on, I was told a manager was going to call me back from the offshore answering service, that never happened either. Impossible to talk to a local person.
The assistance I received from them made me very delighted! They responded quickly, cited me, arrived on time, and followed through on what they had promised. They conducted neat, competent job, and they didn't treat me like a moron when I had questions. They were excellent to work with all in all.
I loved working with this business! They were prompt and kind, and they swiftly helped me out of a jam. I'll most certainly use them again!
Happy with the work they did on my heater. It was an old unit that had been dropped and was really beyond repair. They were able to get it going again and it works like new!
I can't thank the team at All Season Heating & Cooling enough for their service. They came to my house immediately, and fixed my broken A/C unit quickly. The unit works perfectly now!

I called this company based on a friend's recommendation. I've got to say that I'm glad I did. The technician was super nice, very professional, and had my heat up and running in no time. He also gave me some good advice on how to make sure it doesn't happen again. If you're looking for an HVAC company, give these guys a call!

CALLED TO SET A SERVICE APPOINTMENT, WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE BY 12:30PM TO SERVICE OUR A/C SYSTEM. ITS 3:19 AND NOONE HAS CALLED OR SHOWN UP. THEY USE AN OFFSITE CALLING/SCHEDULING SERVICE TO BOOK THEIR SERVICE CALLS. THEY ALSO CHARGE A $300 SERVICE FEE UP FRONT. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY IF YOURE LOOKING TO GET ANSWERS ANY TIME SOON
Called at 9AM on Friday 05/28/2021. Wanting to get my furnace looked at as it stopped working. Signed up for their "Premium membership" package, this would waive the service fee, and give a small discount on parts and labor. Great. Was told I would receive a call between 11:15 and 3:15. Called them at 10am to confirm the times that a tech would call. Called at 11:30 to inform them that I was going to work and please call my wife. Called at 3:30 so see if my job was still going to be complete, as we are now past the quoted time frame. Called at 4:45, and was finally told that they had over booked and my furnace wouldn't be able to be seen until: Wednesday (06/02/2021) OR Thursday (06/03/2021) No one thought to tell me when I called previously that my job was "over booked" by their scheduling staff until almost 5pm, ON a Friday when it would FAR too late to get anyone else out to look at the job. No manager ever called me back after requesting such. Only, sorry I'm working from home and can't reach a manager. Or, would you like a manager to call you back in 30 to 90 minutes? And my favorite excuse of: I only take calls and forward them to them people who actually schedule them in a different department. Will not recommend, will not use again Poor customer service, poor communication. Too many people involved in scheduling and not enough over sight to ensure that it's being performed correctly.
They are a little more expensive than some of the bigger guys but were able to come out the next day when most where out over a week. The tech was a few hours late but did a fantastic job cleaning our furnace. All things considered I would recommend these guys if you need fast service.
We have used Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning for several times. They are very supportive and responsive to their customer's needs. Tom is the technician that we normally see and you couldn't have a better or more pleasant person come to your home. Yesterday two technicians visit my home due to an issue On my air condition! They examined my inside and outside units! They assured me they couldn’t see anything wrong with my unit! They both were nice and explained what they did and advised if I encounter further issues, to call them immediately.
Tom was professional in his work. He was thorough, and completed his work in a timely manner. He took pictures of the blower and coils to show me that they were clean and in good working order. I would recommend Tom and Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning for heating and air conditioning work.
Tom and his installers are the best. They were so courteous and professional. Had our old furnace out and the new one in, in very few hours. Such polite young men. Their prices are very competitive. Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning stands for quality. You can trust them. I highly recommend.
