Ran into a problem with my AC turning on right at the beginning of this current heatwave, and unfortunately it ended up being a major furnace issue. Same day I called they came out, next day they installed a brand new furnace (literally within 26 hours of my initial call) after going through what was wrong and what it would take to fix. Aside from these guys being the most competitive on pricing, they’re also some of the most honest contractors I’ve ever met. No high pressure sales tactics, and they explain everything clearly for someone who doesn’t know anything about these types of issues. I could go on and on. Highly recommend. Thanks guys, I truly appreciate it.

I requested a bid for furnace replacement. Northern Air offered more options and better prices than other companies, and answered all my questions.
Our AC stopped working, turns out it had a leak. Nicholas gave us all our options and explained everything we had questions on. He didn't try to sell us on anything nor did he push any of his options. He gave us all the information he could give and let us decide. Due to the age of our unit we decided to get a new one installed. He originally came out on Wed and installed the new AC on Friday. Would definitely recommend this company and if we have issues in the future we will use them again.
A little more than a year ago, our condensate pump burst, and water exploded out of it like a fountain. We were new to the area and didn't know who to call. Google led us to Northern Air Heating and Cooling, and they were only vendor who could see us that day. Chia was nice enough to squeeze us in to diagnose the issue, then came back after another job to replace it. Fast forward about 13 months, water was leaking from the pump and we didn't know why. They came within a few hours of scheduling. Chia diagnosed right away. Our switch tripped, and I didn't notice that, and they didn't charge us. Now we know how to address in the future. Many thanks to Chia for the great service!

My 22 year central AC unit failed and as I called HVAC shops in my area, I found that shops were booked out for weeks. Northern Air Heating and Cooling was the only shop that could assess my unit the day I called. Nick was professional and honest about the issue and my options for proceeding. I chose to replace the unit and the price was very competitive and he came back three days later and performed the job. The installation was handled professionally and the new AC works great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and my experience was much better than when my water heater was replaced by one of the large HVAC companies that constantly advertises on local TV.
AC went out the day before a heat wave and called 7 different providers looking for same-day service. Northern Air came through. My technician, Chia, was even available early, and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving. He even observed COVID-19 protocols, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Northern Air to anyone looking for an HVAC specialist.
I can't say enough good things about Nick and Chia from Northern Air! From fair, honest pricing to a great hassle-free install. They are professional, courteous, and you can tell they care about doing a good job for their customers. Simply one of the best contractor service experiences I've ever had.

When our furnace went out, they installed a new Amana furnace. They were prompt, friendly and communicated everything expertly.
We have used Northern Air Heating & Cooling for about 3 years and have been so impressed. They have always been able to get to our home in a reasonable amount of time and come up with a plan of action to get our HVAC issues resolved. We use them for both seasonal maintenance and for repairs. Also, they have the most friendly technicians!
Called about warranty on an AC they installed 2 years ago and they acted like they didn't know me. Wanted me to find my receipt from 2 years ago. I could get canceled checks for the deposit and the final install, but not the actual receipt, so they still claim not to know me. Went to Residential Heating and Air, confirmed they missed a valve when installing so my AC was overcharging. New coil would be needed after the valve was installed, tried to get warranty for me, but the unit wasn't registered under my name, so Northern Air needed to fix or it wasn't warranted. Bought another AC from Residential, for the warranty in my name. Cost less that Northern, is a name brand vs off brand and they let me use a portable AC while I wait for them to install. Use Northern at your own risk. I'd go elsewhere.
