The technician was very professional. He arrived on time, used protective equipment, and performed all necessary maintenance activities without any issues. Our new home's AC system was not acting as it should. The original installer came out on 2 occasions and charged us $250 for each visit, only to find that the problems had not been corrected. After googling AC repair near me, I reached out to the tech to see what they could do. They found that a main component was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced under warranty. He had our system fully functional in 3 days when the replacement part arrived. It's been over a year now and the system is performing flawlessly. The best part was that all of his labor was picked up by the manufacturer Nexus Heating And Cooling is truly a great company to work with.

Their services are the best. I had a leak in my AC unit and their service was excellent. The technicians were very professional and got me back up and running quickly. They even helped me out with other issues with my air conditioning units as well!

I appointed Nexus Heating And Cooling team to replace my old furnace with a new one and they did a fantastic job! My house did cause some difficulties with the install but they did everything in their power to satisfy me and in the end I have a great furnace that keeps my house and family heated! Terrible experience. I hate to be the 1 star person but every step was mismanaged. The first person I talked to sounded like they woke up from a nap and managed services for many trades - that person told me they'd be out same day. Then I was called by another person saying they couldn't do same day but could arrive by 10am tomorrow. Then I got called by, potentially, a 3rd person telling me they couldn't do 10am but could do 4pm. Then no one showed up. I'm pretty low maintenance (pun intended). Get your act together!

Nexus Heating And Cooling were very professional. Offered to schedule me for a same-day appointment. The tech showed up precisely at 11:30. And, the repair was complete in 30 minutes. He knew exactly what it was. I'm impressed. And, although I hope I won't need them again, I'll continue to call Nexus Heating And Cooling first.
Extremely trustworthy company and experienced technicians! Ben came out to service my outside units and went over what to look for in preventative maintenance, warning signs to call about, and overall a very hard worker and good guy. If Ben is any indication of the rest of Nexus Heating And Cooling techs, you definitely want to give these guys a call.
I called Nexus to fix my furnace. The service guy shows up with nothing but a screw gun and a cell phone for tools. The cell phone was used for a flashlight. He said it could be alot of things that could be bad. Didnt put a multimeter on anything to check and said ,"I think it might be this relay. Let me see if I can get one." He said he had to order it and it would be $200 dollars. I told him no. He charged me $99 dollars and left. I then looked up the part that he said was $200 dollars and found out its a $12 dollar relay. Company is a Scam. Charged me $99 dollars to look at my furnace and tell me its not working.
