Great, fast and friendly service
I was amazed by the GREAT customer services Silver Tree provided when my furnace wasn't working the day before Christmas Eve. They were very responsive and helpful! Gordon and Jeremy were amazing, professional and did a fantastic job! This company worked diligently to make sure myself and my neighbors had heat during the sub zero temps. I HIGHLY recommend them!
We’ve hired Silver Tree to install a humidifier and service our furnace and AC. We got unlucky with some parts (not their fault at all) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable every time.
We had a leak at our water main shut off from a manufacturer defect. I called the emergency service number and they arrived within few hours and made the repairs in about 20 minutes. Great level of service!
After watching one of their vans force a car off the road and then follow just a few feet behind another car going 55mph, I'll be getting my work done by a better company. I assume your road rage attitude carries over into poor work.

While the work Silver Tree performs is acceptable, their pricing is frankly outrageous. We had a water heater (originally installed by Silver Tree) that failed after just three years. As part of the warranty process, Silver Tree installed the replacement at a labor price of $675 for less than two hours of work. If cost is a factor at all for you, I recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing and HVAC.
Dan Schiro did a fantastic job of taking care of us this weekend! We had problems throughout the day on Saturday with our furnace and he was patient and thorough in explanation and what to expect. After getting the furnace back to a possible stable configuration Saturday, the furnace went completely out later that day. He was able to track down a part and get us taken care of the next day. I feel that he went beyond the call by working tirelessly to find the part and make sure my family had a working furnace as soon as he could. Dan is a very good part of your team and if his work ethic is anything of an example of the rest of your team we'd be happy to recommend Silver Tree service to anyone we know! Thank you!

Silver Tree Plumbing and Heating does great work. They went over and above to help use with our problem and got it resolved quickly for us. The tech was on time and respectful of our home.
Silver tree is a great company to use due to their Professionalism, relationship building, hard work and dedication to each individual customer. Making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the product/service and also making sure the customer knows everything is going on and is understanding what is going on from all angles and aspects.

Technician went straight to the problem with our furnace. Made the necessary adjustments and all is now well. I've met 3 of their staff since we moved in to our new home and all have really helpful.

We just remodeled our bathroom and also replaced our furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit with Silver Tree. It was a huge complicated project, but Silver Tree was amazing to work with! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and completed the work as scheduled. They were also very accommodating with the many changes we had which made the process so much less stressful. We had many subs working on our project, but Silver Tree was the only company that were there when they said they would be. They put the extra effort in ahead of time so our project would go smoothly and would turn out exactly how we wanted it. We are extremely happy with the end result and attribute much of that to Silver Tree!
DO NOT GET THE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EVIL COMPANY. Recently our water pipe was leaking in our new house, and I saw their company's tag attached to the water pipe, so I called and get a quote of 126 for fixing it. The repair guy stopped by the first time and notice he forgot his part, so nothing was fixed in the first time (NOT MY FAULT). And the the guy came back the next day and spent 15 minutes fixing the pipe, and then at the end, he told me the bill is amount of approximately 250 dollars (NO ACTUAL STATEMENT GAVE TO ME). I asked why there was a such big gap between the quote from yesterday and what was actually billed to me, he could not tell me why and kept referring "the amount was given by his company". I called the company directly for many times to ask for the ACTUAL STATEMENT and the breakdown details, they WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. They kept calling me to ask my credit card information over the phone without giving me the actual details of the bill, so I refused to pay something so hideous, ridiculous, and unreasonable charges. And then they THREATEN me by saying sending the bill (WHICH I NEVER SEE SO FAR) to the collection. I am not sure how many of you guys like me being treated unreasonably and threaten by this company. I will for sure have my lawyer talking to them for sending the bill that I never see and of the amount that I was not informed to the collection.

A great company to work for. Very kind people who actually remember your name and care to know their employees, hard to find in a company now days. It has been a pleasure and a very beneficial learning experience from our current foreman who takes the time to show his guys actual hands on training. If you enjoy going to work and putting in an honest days work and being treated fairly, consider talking to these guys.
