Amazing job! I was impressed from the start with a clear and honest quote. He took time to explain the system, and answer my questions. This gave me the confidence to move forward with the company. They were prompt to install and completed the job in an incredible manner! I will absolutely call them again for my HVAC needs and recommend them to friends and family. Impressive service and quality work.
On our first call, they said they would call back in half an hour. They never did. On our second call, they said they would show up at xx hour on yy day. They never showed up and never bothered to even call about it. It appears that this contractor does not observe the most basic business courtesy. As such, they failed our vendor pre-selection test. Edit: They did call, but 6 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES AFTER the appointment time. They said they had gotten really busy. Oh, is that so? This is not how you earn the trust of a prospective customer. Our business is going to someone else.

It's 4:30 pm and I get a call from a fellow Realtor that my home (I have listed for sale) is at 40 degrees. I rush to the home to see if the kill switch had been shut off or the filter might be clogged or the thermostat had a dead battery. No such easy luck.... I had to get someone out quick so I called Dutch and leave a message as now it's after hours, 5:45pm. Pat the owner calls me back within 10 mins and says he will get ahold of a tech and get them out to me. By 6:45 I have Pat #2 at the door ready to address the situation. After troubleshooting the system, adjusting a couple things, cleaning off a couple items... the system is up and operating!!!! Pat then monitors the system for another 20-30 mins taking it through all of its functions and the home is now at 52 degrees and climbing. He advises me of a couple issues that down the road should be addressed and cleans up his tools and things, drafts me up a receipt and is out the door by 8:15 pm. You guys rock!!!!!! If you're ever in a bind with Heating or Cooling issues, I would definitely call Ductech straightaway with no delay!!! I have been a Realtor for over 19yrs and this service is by far the best I have witnessed. Fast, prompt, reactive, diligent, thorough...... what more can be said??? 5+++++++ STARS and a big thank you from me and my Sellers. Stan Weber Re/Max Results
Patrick with ducttech also known as P2 Came out same day at night, was in a cast with 1 working hand and left his home after hours to make sure we had heat and was able to get us heat again and stayed to make sure it worked and was very professional and personable

Patrick was amazing. He listened to my pleas for help as my health was severely deteriorating from a mold-filled rental home. After the mold mitigation was finished, Patrick and his team were able to change their schedule and get me in right away due to my inability to breathe. The ducts were horribly filthy as the house was built in the 1960s and apparently had never had the ducts cleaned. He and his team were very professional, kept their working spaces clean, and were kind and courteous. Patrick went above and beyond, and I can’t thank him enough for helping me to be able to breathe again! Definitely 5+ stars!!
Our furnace went on hiatus over the weekend and DucTech had a technician out to our house within the hour. They were very knowledgable and gave us an upfront, honest opinion. We decided it was best to just replace our 25 year old one at a reasonable price including parts and labor. The technicians had everything up and running within a day. They were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. Its never a fun situation to go through, but would highly recommend DucTech to anyone.
Pat was great to work with! I live out of state and the furnace was out at a property I owned so I called several companies and no one called me back. Pat happened to be in my phone contacts so I called him and he picked up right away and had a guy over there the same day. While there, they found part of the furnace needed maintenance badly so Pat let me know his honest opinion of what should be done. He gave me a VERY fair price, got the job done extremely fast and sent me follow up pictures so I could see for myself why he recommended doing the service. These guys are straight shooters and I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I run my own business so I can appreciate that good service is hard to find and these guys earned a great review. I’ll be referring these guys to everyone I know in need. Thanks again!
I had my furnace checked out and they replaced a few parts. They showed up on time and the final price was as quoted. I really appreciated the tech wearing booties over her shoes so she didn't track up the house.
Pat and his crew do amazing work. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I have used them for my AC and Furnace maintenance for years now and they have always done exceptional work. I highly recommend this company.

Our furnace went out and we were recommended to Ductech by a friend - thank goodness. Pat (the owner) arrived the same day, assesed the situation and made recommendations (repair or replace) and ultimately we decided to replace the furnace. Jeff and another really nice tech came the next day to replace the furnace. Let me say that Jeff knows his stuff and is meticulous - he ensures he does a thorough job. I appreciate when someone pays attention to detail and keeps you informed - he also pointed out aspects of our AC to pay attention to, and ultimately I felt like he cares not only about the customer, but TRULY takes pride in his work and doing a perfect job. This company is exactly who you want fixing/replacing your HVAC.

Pat and his crew have done everything from new furnace and AC installs to regular maintenance on my rental properties and I wouldn’t call anyone else! They show up on time and get the job done right every time!
