I was overjoyed to discover this business. They are wonderful. My AC was not working, so I called them, and they were able to come out the same day. The man who came to fix it was really quick and friendly. Right away, he fixed it, and my AC is now excellent! I'm overjoyed to have discovered this business!
Fast and friendly service, they were very helpful and got my heater back up and running in no time!
Very shady company
Had a tech come out for routine maintenance on our heating system. The tech was great! Over the phone was quoted one price and after the job, was quoted another. They have some hidden service fees.The woman in the billing area threatened legal action after I asked to speak with a manager. Highly recommend using a different company who is more transparent on what they charge.
Chris has been servicing my HVAC system since he started. Since that time Chris and his employees from the office staff to the field techs have always provided outstanding customer service. Chris is a prime example of someone who is sincere, honest, humble, has a strong work ethic and always available to speak directly with his customers. He cares about his customers. He never tries to sell you a service or product that you don’t need. I wish there were more businesses that had Chris ’s qualities as a business owner. I trust, respect and will continue to refer Knights Industrial Heating & Cooling to my friends and family.
Knights Industrial Heating & Cooling really took the time to explain what they were doing and showed the value of their expertise. They took very good care of my house to make sure it stays clean while they were working on it. I would refer them again.
Wonderful job of servicing our AC unit. Very pleasant to work with and were actually early for the appointment which was pleasing. He also called 30 minutes before saying when he would be here. Highly recommend Knights Industrial Heating & Cooling. Have used them in the past and have always been pleased with their work.

Chris and crew at Knights Industrial Heating & Cooling were fantastic, always available on short notice, and installed a completely new, high-efficiency furnace for me when my old one broke down. They were quick to respond and quick to schedule service, and they were able to get the new equipment into my cellar with minimal problems. The new furnace works great, and my home is warm and cozy.
Knights Industrial Heating & Cooling is the best. Chris came over to look at our furnace and A/C which were both very old. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on with them and negotiated a great price with many different payment options.They came the next day to install both the furnace and A/C systems for us. They were very professional and helpful in explaining how to use everything. We could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended.
I check reviews before giving any service provider my business. Though there were no enough reviews to prompt me into working with them, I still gave them a try and I'm glad I did. Had an issue with my furnace. They came, told us where the problem was. Gave estimate, and fixed the NEXT DAY. Very fast and efficiently. Deserve 5 stars.
I called them when my furnace had some issues and I found their service to be great. They were very punctual. Chris diagnosed the unit and did a very great job and as always very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking for HVAC service.
