Had an AC break at my home and I called them right away. They were very nice on the phone and they answered all of my questions. The technician came out and replaced my AC unit in less than 30 minutes. I will use them again if I ever need any other repairs or maintenance done on my home!

They are fantastic! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The technicians are always prompt, courteous, and take the time to explain things to us clearly. We've never had any problems with the work that they do, and they even come back to check on us if there's an issue. We highly recommend them!

Great customer service!! My air conditioner wasn't working and they came out the same day. Everyone with this company was very helpful and kind. Alex who came to fix my A/C explained what happened and was very nice. I will be setting up a yearly maintenance with Horton Heating & Air Service so I don't have to worry about my A/C. Highly recommend!
I love these people! They got the work done very fast and now my house is cooler than its been all summer! The two technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Definitely recommend Horton Heating & Air Service!!
We had Horton Heating & Air Service install our air conditioning last summer. They did a great job. They were prompt, on time, and cleaned up everything after they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Excellent Service! Alex came in and got right to work. He fixed the problem within an hour. He also gave me great information as a home owner on what to look for first if my furnace starts acting up in the future so I can troubleshoot it. I will be setting up a maintenance package with them to keep everything up and running for the future!

This company is very prestigious and attested. I love the way they are willing to work with the client they had a lot of patience and consideration,it didn't take them long to get to the root of the problem and it was determined not to leave until the problem was taken care of. I'm pleased with the results!!
Alex and Brad were our new furnace installation technicians and both did an excellent job. They worked continuously through the day in completing the installation and left the area very neat and tidy. They explained all the features of the wi-fi thermostat and how to change both the furnace and humidifier filters before leaving.
My AC unit completely shut down on me last week and I was worried I’d have to spend thousands of dollars to buy a new one. Alex came out to my house and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He was professional and skilled with fixing the problem and getting my air to work right away. He left no mess and gave me tips on how to be more efficient with my AC. Best in the business.
