Paul and the team were professional and informative throughout the process and the installation was efficient and easy. Highly recommended.
I used Dayton heating and cooling to have a new system installed they were by far the best company to deal with nick the salesman was very helpful explaining how a new system would be more efficient and what my old system was doing and why it needed to be replaced when the install crew came out I was shocked on how professional the company was and how quickly they got me back up and running with a new system by far the best company to have do your hvacsystem and repairs!

Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning has come out several times for us on an emergency basis during heat and we have been really pleased with their services. Their specialists are knowledgeable, responsive, and authentic. We trusted them so much that we bought our maintenance package from them. Appreciations!!
Peter came on Saturday and reviewed the furnace. We had no heat because the blower motor was shot. He reviewed the options and costs and we decided to wait until Monday morning for the repairs to save money. Peter came at 8 AM Monday to insure we would have heat Monday morning. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and calmed our fears about waiting until Monday. Our furnace was repaired by 9AM and we are very thankful to Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning.
High-ranking service right from the fast response to my quote request in the form that I asked for. The expert was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. The service men that came to replace my furnace and AC were wonderful. They kept the work area and my house entrance clean and laid a drop cloth where they were accessing the site. Thank you.
I called Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning and Air after I noticed our A/C had stopped blowing cold air. Everyone from their customer service department to the technician, Peter, were absolutely fantastic. It may have been an hour, tops, from the time I called them until the time he showed up to fix the issue. He was honest, straightforward, and was able to resolve the issue right on the spot. It was really incredible!I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right!
No call, no show two days in a row. This company never showed up during the time window they gave me or even contacted me in advanced as they said they would. When I called them on it they apologized and said they'd be here "first thing" today, between 8 AM and 10. Now it's 10:45. Not even the courtesy to contact me. I will be looking for a company that keeps their appointments or at least contacts the customer if they can't make it.
The most reasonable and best service in the area. Peter was the best in helping my family member get what she needed for her home. He was kind and very informative. Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning was upfront and honest with cost of services and that number did not change. I would recommend them, hands down!
Tech showed up early to our scheduled appointment on a very windy, snowy day. He is a pleasure to work with and gave us piece of mind for the coming cold winter months. I called the company at noon and Peter was at my place in a couple of hours. He was very polite and prompt with the service, showed me what was going wring, explained and showed me how he was quoting the job. Everything was back up and running in no time. Great service, very much appreciated Peter!
Very friendly and professional service, even though the project took a bit longer than expected, everyone went above and beyond. The technicians even coordinated performing the loudest parts of the project around my 8 month old's nap schedule, not an easy feat. I would come right back to these guys for any heating/cooling needs.
Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning installed and has been servicing our HVAC system for sometimes now. We are extremely pleased with their service and technicians who are smart, efficient, and professional. We have a service contract with them for spring and fall servicing of our HVAC system, and trust them to do the job the right way every time. Superlative client service!!
Manager came out himself to look at my unit seeing how I was not happy about my first visit. Took a real good look my furnace and made me feel comfortable about what he saw. I do need a new unit and the price is very reasonable. He was very nice and knew what he was talking about. He apologized about my first visit and made it right.
Peter was incredibly professional and thorough while checking an issue with the furnace. He arrived on time, he quickly got to work and he was even kind enough to walk me through what he was doing and teach me a little bit about how the furnace worked. He was able to get the furnace working and even turned off and on the thermostat four times just to make sure things were working correctly. I couldn’t have asked for better service and we haven’t had any issues since.

I'm a property manager and have dealt with many companies and I find their work outstanding and will be using them for other properties. They are professional and get the job done right. Having been disappointed in other HVAC services, it was great to find one I could trust.
Peter was the serviceman who came and performed a diagnosis on my heating system. He was punctual, professional and provided information to me regarding the condition of the unit and he found some glitches in the the system which he corrected and indicated that it would be working more efficiently from this point on.
