I had a terrible experience with Arrowhead. On the hottest day of the year with a heat index of 110, my air conditioner died. At 1pm I called several repair services and chose Arrowhead because they said they could be out between 2pm and 5pm. They even offered to knock $100 off their regular price ($300 instead of $400). The end of their quoted window passed and I had not heard from them so I called and was told they'd be there by 6pm. 6pm arrived and I was told they could come the following morning. I declined and said I would call other services. They called back and said they could come out at 730pm. I canceled service with them instead of letting their technicians come out, a kindness they obviously didn't consider when taking their customer's time. I lost money from missed work, suffered all day in the heat and missed an important medical appointment because Arrowhead didn't think my time was important enough to communicate honestly with me about their availability. Gannon Heating and Air sent an after hours technician out promptly that evening and addressed the issue. For $50 cheaper than the "special" price that Arrowhead quoted me. Absolute scam of a company. Look elsewhere or make plans for them to show up... Whenever they feel like it. BONUS UPDATE: Checked my credit card and they charged me for services they never provided, despite my cancelation. Scumbag scammers confirmed.
Great service by Ted at Arrowhead Heating and Cooling! Very professional, detail oriented, explains all the details and answers questions. It's very hard to find a customer service oriented company in this industry, and I am glad I went with them. Will choose this company and the technician again, and will recommend to friends and family.
Thank you Ted for the quick turn around, calling ac unit company for warranty and going back to buy capacitor... you got it done everything in 30-40 minutes.. and thank you for the customer care for dispatching tech in one hour. I recommend using Arrowhead Heating and Cooling.
I recently got a new air conditioning unit installed in my home. John went the extra mile to stay a little later to show me how the unit works instead of rushing to get out the door. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!

They stick to their words in terms of installing our new condensers and air handlers within 2 days. The team was very courteous and did great work. Would definitely recommend these guys to others!
Danny, my tech did a great job. He was very personable and explained everything that he had done and he confirmed to me that he had checked out the whole system and the problem was with the thermostat. He gave me a service plan which was very reasonable. The following day he came back and with a new thermostat and replaced it with the faulty one. I definitely recommend Danny and Arrowhead Heating and Cooling.
