excellent staff very professional and attentive to detail excellent teamwork, They have all the necessary tools to get the job done, which they do without shortcuts and very cleanly. Tony, Dylan, and Adam installed a new furnace and A/C unit in my house. Their work was neat and professional and they left no mess behind. Once they completed the install Tony went over all aspects of the furnace and A/C unit. If the quality of the furnace and A/C unit are of the same quality as the work Tony, Adam, and Dylan did I expect no problems for years to come.
Alex was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions with full detail and made sure I understood the information on how our AC unit works.
Great team came to our home and made a difficult install go smoothly. Keith, Elizabeth and Sa did an excellent job. thank you.
Total Comfort was an incredible company to work with. They were speedy, trustworthy and put my needs first, knowing I needed A/C right away. They did whatever they could to ensure I was getting what I needed. I whole-heartedly recommend them!!!
Total Comfort scheduled repair of my non functioning air conditioning system quickly and efficiently. Bryan Nelson, repair tech, explained the whole problem evaluation process consciously, identified repair options and costs, successfully completed all agreed to repair with end product that my air conditioning system is fully functional again. Bryan was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
Ryan, Joe and Tony T did a very professional job of installation. It was all finished up in one day with no mess left behind and everything seems to work perfectly. They also did a good job of explaining how to work the HVAC system and did not leave until I had it all set up to control with my phone.
Scott and his team were fast and knowledgeable. They not only installed the new equipment but improved the whole set up in my utility room. Scott showed me how to operate it before he left, and they cleaned up the work area ery well after the job.
Andy was amazing to work with. We sat down and explained everything to me so I was informed on what I was buying. Would recommend 10/10. My technicians that put it in were amazing as well.
Ryan McGill was the lead installer on my furnace/AC. He was a joy to work with - very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He answered my many questions and gave me a thorough overview of my new system. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

After asking friends and neighbors for recommendations for Heating and Cooling companies to replace our failed AC, Total Comfort came out as a favorite. After an examination indicated that repair was not the best choice, Brad Pekarna came our house, looked over the existing systems and came up with a recommendation, price and financing options. He was very helpful and his approach was problem solving, not pressure tactics. We arranged an early installation date and the crew arrived on time and fully prepared. Ryan, Joe and Tony T. Worked quickly and efficiently inside and outside (in 90+ degree heat), always answering my questions and explaining the new system. They removed all the old system components and installed the new as the day progressed. They did a beautiful job with a lot of skill and a lot of work. A very pleasant team of young professionals. Leonard Beavers installed a humidifier into our new furnace/AC system yesterday, the final component to complete the job by Total Comfort. He did a great job, was very friendly and cordial, answered all my questions, told me what he was going to do, did a masterly job, cleaned up and then thoroughly showed and explained the various controls and how to change settings. We are very happy with his work. I can confidently highly recommend Total Comfort as a company and Leonard personally to anyone needing heating and/or cooling repair or replacement.
Scheduling folks and the service engineer (Kyle) were well coordinated, on time, professional and thorough. Kyle quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, re-filled and tested the air conditioning, and then confirmed with me I had no additional questions or concerns. Just the way it should be, thank you!!
Well, I gave them one last chance.... I had my whole HVAC installed by them years ago, it was very spendy (lesson learned, always get another quote). I was really never happy with that experience since I felt I was "railroaded"/pressured into components I did not really need by the salesperson. Which some....like the whole house filtration system turned out to be absolute junk. Jump to now, my air conditioning was acting up and I had out one of their service techs. After a few things were looked at he concluded that it was my thermostat and that it would cost $1,800. WHAT??? Looking online the parts he was replacing are only $400-$500...That is some mark-up/labor costs (note he said the job would probably only take him an hour to do, so not sure what the $1,300 markup is)!! I called out another company for a second opinion and they said the issue was NOT my thermostat as far as they could tell and adjusted/fixed some wires on my air conditioner unit. Air has been working great since. And once again, this company has confirmed my initial conclusions, 1) VERY EXPENSIVE, 2) does not actually address the real issue, just wants to push you into something so they can make more money. I will never be back and I will tell all my friends/family to stay far away from this place.
Bryan Nelson embodies genuine, trustworthy, hardworking and kindhearted customer service. Over the past month, he has gone out of his way to advise me and help me navigate out of a terrible experience with another HVAC company, and what’s incredible is, never did I feel like he was pushy or greedy or even motivated by the sale. He has been, at every step of the way, just a good guy and I’m so appreciative of his time and efforts. I 100% turned to Total Comfort for the purchase and installation of a new A/C unit because of my experience with Bryan, when he expected he was just giving me general advice he wouldn’t ever cash in on. And maybe he wouldn’t have! But when I needed another, better option, it wasn’t hard to think about who I wanted to work with. My install went flawlessly and now, after an excruciatingly long time without A/C (thanks, Apollo HVAC, for ruining our relationship), I am enjoying again the perfect cool I once had. I’ve worked in sales/customer service for 12 years, and exceptional experiences do not go unnoticed for me. I’m keenly aware of what good customer service looks and feels like, and I am so happy. Thank you! Get this man a raise. When people value the relationship over the sale, I swear it pays off.
Everyone was great! Very friendly, and very professional. Keith was very helpful explaining our new ductless system and easy to talk to.We have a dog Frieddoe who is still very much a puppy at two years old. Liza loved Freddie, as did Keith, John and Connor. They all were great! I will definitely recommend Total Comfort. Thanks, it works great! We have hot water heat so we haven't had a for over 30 years. We are so happy!!
I got 6 quotes on my HVAC system replacement and total comfort was close to price competitive with other companies quoting lower quality equipment in my opinion. The quote was more thorough and complete than most. The install team (Tony, Dylan, and Adam) was professional, quick, and they cleaned up well when they were done. I always advise multiple quotes for this type of work, but a quality install is the most important factor in determining longevity and quality of the system and you won't be disappointed with total comfort. Make sure they are on your list to provide a quote for your job.
Carl was very informative. Very friendly with both me and my dogs. I appreciate the information he provided. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues to me very well.
All of the work installing our new furnace was completed without any issues. Everything was completed as expected, they didn’t leave the slightest mess behind, and were very responsive and patient with my questions as a DIY guy doing my best to step back and let the professionals work.
Scott Koshiol and his team did an excellent job installing our heat pump. They were on time, protected the work area, and cleaned up the area well. Scott took the time to explain the system and cover the new electronics. We have it set to heat down to -10 F and are are excited to see how it performs this winter. In the last two days it has kept the temperature and humidity very constant, more comfortable than our previous air conditioner. Drew Hanson was very helpful and patient quoting several variations for us. He found one that fit our needs and was responsive in quoting it and answering our questions. He was able to get installed the next day which was very helpful. We have had a very good experience with Total Comfort and so far are pleased with the heat pump.
