Horrible. They rescheduled with us twice and never came. Would never recommend them

It's not often that you find a company that goes out of their way to help you. I called them late in the evening and they sent someone right away. The technician found the problem and fixed it right away. I was very impressed with their level of service, professionalism and expertise. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable, fair priced and professional AC maintenance company.
I was new to the area and desperately needed someone I could trust. The company was able to send a technician out quickly who diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. It is rare these days that you find someone who will show up promptly and do an excellent job for a fair price, but the technicians at HVAC Heating & Cooling did just that. I'll definitely be using them again!
He arrived two hours early and was really professional, polite, knowledgeable, and amiable. This young man, in my opinion, does a fantastic job representing the company. He quickly identified the HVAC issue we were having and ordered the necessary part for next-day delivery. I'd give this business a 5-Star rating.
Mike is a skilled, passionate technician who took the time to educate me on my heating system and work with me to understand potential issues and solutions. I was pleased with his ability to troubleshoot and communicate. I definitely recommend Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning to get the job done!!
Called them to arrange service for our boiler based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered started by requesting a credit card for an up front payment before even arranging a service call. That seemed suspicious but we agreed. The card did not go through and so we never got an appointment. Shortly after we got off the phone we received a fraud alert from the card company. When we contacted them, they said that there had been 9 failed attempts to run the charge. We also started receiving phone calls from un unknown number based in Chicago. When we blocked the call, they just switched numbers and called again. They did leave a few messages saying they were Premium Services about trying to set up the technician call. It sounded like the calls were coming from India. I tried calling one of the numbers back and got the message that I did not have permission to contact them using that number. I tried calling Millenium at the local number and got some guy who sounded totally clueless about what was going on. I tried again a little later and got the same spiel that my wife had gotten before. I assume that this was the company's answering service. All very fishy. We cancelled our credit card as a precaution. After this experience, I question the validity of the wonderful google reviews! I wouldn't go near this company for anything!
I purchased the “premium” plan which includes a one time technician visit fee for a year. I paid for this plan over the phone and scheduled an appointment for a technician to look at my heater, only to be called by a call center (out of state area code) a couple hours before the appointment saying that the technician had “an emergency” and couldn’t make it. I called the local number again to reschedule and explained that I had arranged my work around this appointment, and they promised to give me a discount for the rescheduled time. During the last hour of the rescheduled time, a person called me again from a call center to inform me that the technician had another job prior to mine and could not make it to mine (in a three hour window). They are either horrendous at scheduling or willing to lie to their customers about the availability of their technicians. This is the middle of the winter in Minnesota. I called the local number again and asked for a refund on my purchase of the “premium” plan. They did begin the refund process which is the only reason they get two stars instead of one. I will not name the individuals I spoke to because it is likely not their fault as they are just working the phones.
First time using this company. They had a senior tech come out the same day and he repaired my furnace with a professional attitude and logical thinking. The price was reasonable. I will certainly use them again because I really appreciate people and companies that are honest. That is rare these days. Thank you Millennium Heating & Cooling!
Martine was very professional and responsive. Quickly assessed issue with air conditioner. Answered all of my questions and provided good advice. I will use them again and highly recommend
I am very much impressed with the work that Martine performed at our home. He was early and called to let me know that he was ready and when I could be available. That was awesome and very helpful! He repaired A/C system and he explained what was done which made it very accepting and knowledgeable. He also never up sold his services just like other technicians do. I highly recommend Millennium Heating & Cooling. Thank you!
On time, plus a reminder call. Great service on a complex boiler and very very courteous tech. Excellent notes and efficiency slip left behind at the boiler and a quality pouch so the records have a home. Nice. I am sticking with Millennium Heating & Cooling .Thanks guys.

Great service! I highly recommend Millennium Heating & Cooling. I had bigger issue with my AC, they have visited me several times to make sure everything is checked out. All of the staff are very nice and professional! Great company to work with! The Technician was thorough and replaced aging parts. Very good first experience!
Chris and his team did a commendable job with installing our new furnace/ac. They were prompt, explained everything that was going to happen and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them for all your cooling and heating needs.
Our technician Martin was outstanding. I had a ton of questions about our AC unit and he answered them clearly and concise. Most importantly there wasn't a hard sell on items we didn't need for the unit. He answered all of our questions politely. Highly recommended.
We just had Millennium Heating & Cooling out to replace our furnace. I was skeptical to use them, at first because it was my first time. I am very impressed with their service and efficiency. Well I should say that their customer service has been super and I am more than happy so far to recommend them
We called them and they sent out a technician (Martin) arrived earlier than scheduled as our air conditioner went out on the most humid weekend of the summer. Martin was courteous and professional he explained everything in detail. When we need any HVAC services Millennium Heating & Cooling will be our choice.
