The team came to our house on time, assessed our furnace malfunction. It got here the next day and our furnace was up and running in no time. We will be having Porter Heating & Air Conditioning install a new furnace in the future. You have become our "go-to" team!
The technician was incredibly professional, having the expertise needed to clean our air duct cleaning and provide valuable recommendations which I would have been willing to pay for alone. He also answered all technical questions we had and was courteous and thoughtful when inside our home. Great experience and will definitely be calling Porter for any future HVAC needs!

I am so happy to have found this company. John did the repair service on my air conditioner. He was very thorough. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable. He was very straightforward as to what repairs were needed and what we may need to do in the future to help the longevity of my unit. I would use them again.
This company has very poor customer service and organizational problems. They use an answering service to book their jobs that does not understand the scope of work that they do or don't do. I called them a few weeks back to schedule a service call and it took them a week and a half to get back to me. I ended up scheduling an appointment with them last week for today. A technician never showed up during the 3 hour window and after 2 calls one got back to me about an hour and a half later to see if he could show up in about 75 minutes. I would have been fine with that but it turns out he does not do the scope of the work I needed done and neither does anyone that works for the company. Then to add insult to injury, a customer service representative from the company just called me and never apologized until I pointed out to him that he had neglected to do so when he was ending the call by saying he would cancel the service request. What a shame! We just moved to Crystal and I really wanted to find a local company.
Technician did an excellent job diagnosing and resolving our ac issue. The AC folks our home warranty company sent out weren't able to get to the bottom of the problem despite coming out on 7 occasions. Alex with Porter Heating & Air Conditioning was able to figure it out in one visit. Wish we had called them sooner.
Alex,our technician from Porter Heating & Air Conditioning, was so friendly and helpful and very informative. He did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us and was a pleasure to work with. He came out in the evening to do the work so that we could get our service call in. We would highly recommend Porter Heating & Air Conditioning. A very pleasant experience!
Alex is a real professional. He is thorough, explains everything, and makes sure our furnace and AC was running perfectly. He also recommends products that increase efficiency and effectiveness of our systems. They provided excellent service and were very helpful when answering all of my questions regarding running the unit. If I could give them a sixth star, I would. I highly recommend their services.

He diagnosed the problem well and gave us options that were inline with our thinking. I liked that he didn't try to upsell us but understood our interests. Great job. Alex and Robert were excellent! He troubleshooted and fixed my A/C that had stopped working a few weeks ago. They diagnosed the cause of the issue and were able to fix it in less than 15 minutes. It was just a mere fuse change that had given us panic. I'm going to be a loyal customer to Porter Heating & Air Conditioning for having such an excellent technician. Keep it up guys.
