UPDATE: Sam was amazing! extremely professional, very friendly, and an expert in installation. Thank you so much for the quick install! Shawn came by to review the current AC unit we had installed. It was well aged... almost as old as me! He tried to recover a part of it to where we could at least get one more season out of it but we had to be honest with ourselves and possibly get a replacement. Shawn was extremely helpful giving me tips and pointers on the usage and how our particular ac unit works so we could possibly make better use of it. When performed the leak test we knew it was time for a new one. We clearly saw the condensation dripping onto out fresh new furnace... so we're currently waiting for your services to replace our ac soon! awesome experience overall. thank you for your expertise and consideration.
I received service from Twin City Heat, Air and Electric. They dispatched technician Vincent Chen who was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable of his job also more than willing to answer off the wall questions about my HVAC system. Out of the park service!
I called twin city heating and air in January when my furnace went out . They sent Sam out and he installed a new Lennox furnace. He did a great job. Then in June my air conditioner stopped. I again called twin city heating and air. They sent out Sam and Jerry out to install a new Lennox air conditioner. The two of them were so professional and easy to talk with. They explained everything. They made sure everything was working before they left. I would definitely recommend twin city and air to my friends and family. Yesterday I called for service. It started off a bit sad because they couldn't get out to me until next week (not their fault, just a busy time), but asked if I wanted to be on their "list" for others that cancel. They called me right away this morning and said they had a cancelation and if I wantes someone to come out, I would be on the list for that cancelation. You bet I took it. The service gets better! Alex S. Shows up he gets straight to work. He was super professional and had a great personality. It didn't take him a long and explained what needed to be replaced very throughly. He made the replacement and now my house is cooling down on this hot 92 degrees day. Highly recommend this team and Alex S.
What an amazing group of people. Angela, Alex, and Victor came to our home when as we were in crisis with an electrical fire that caused us to have to immediately replace our whole breaker panel. They were so patient with us and walked me through every step. They didn’t try to sell me, yet stood outside in the heat with me and then took 5 hours to restore all of our home functionality. They labeled everything on the breaker and were so happy to help. We will always come to this company when I’m need of anything electrical!! I would recommend Angela and her crew to 100 people ten times over!!
Angela, Victor and Alex saved us today! Called at 830am with a circuit breaker “fire”. They came out earlier than the 1pm appt and stayed until 7pm installing a new panel and ensuring we were safe again. They were incredible, they went from room to room checking lights, outlets, etc to ensure everything was working. They also wrote what each breaker was associated with! Thanks so much for your hard work on this 80 degree day.
Kelsey and his partner electrician did an amazing job! Very thorough and made sure you were 100% satisfied before leaving. They installed a chandelier, smoke detectors and a heating coil on my roof to prevent another Ice Dam that I had this past Winter! They explained everything and were very professional! I would definitely recommend Kelsey and Twin City Electric for any heating, electrical and even replacing your smoke detectors. Thank you! Dave

Kelsey and aviator did a great job installing electrical circuit to my hot tub, putting in sugar protector and other miscellaneous stuff. Kelsey has a nice personality, very detail oriented and takes time to explain every thing. He also provided warranty for his work which is really nice.I will use this company again in future.
