This is our first time having HVAC maintenance for us because it is a new home. The tech that came was prompt and professional, and best of all, he answered all my numerous questions about how things work! I would definitely recommend them.
The technician no-showed/didn’t even call during the coldest week of the year. I wish I could put zero stars!
Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. technician came to my house and quickly found the problem with my air conditioner. Instead of making me wait over the week end for the part needed to fix the problem, he drove in rush hour traffic to find me the part for an immediate fix. He was courteous, fully explained the problem and was eager to make sure I didn't have to suffer anymore in an overheated house. The rate was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend!!
These guys are very reliable.They are prompt, polite, friendly and very professional. They have serviced my AC system twice. On each call,they provided excellent service and advice. They are very knowledgeable and they give detailed answers to questions.I would definitely recommend them.
Our technician did a full technical maintenance of our 3 air conditioning units, changed all filters and did a full cleaning of our 3 outdoor A/C units. He was very professional, very respectful and a great member of Mattco Heating And Cooling team. Wonderful, reliable service and we look forward to continue to be satisfied customers for years to come!!!

Had a great experience. Everyone was helpful and made sure that the appointment was convenient and timely. My technician was very knowledgeable and took his time to show me what he was doing and why. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Brian was fabulous. It was the Thursday of the polar vortex. And believe it or not, my furnace died. My family woke up to 41 degrees inside the house. I called Guardian. They sent out Brian who arrived that morning. It was a very complicated situation with my furnace. But he did it! He solved it. And by mid-afternoon, we had heat. Thank you Mattco Heating And Cooling Co for great work!
Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. was fantastic to work with. Quality service when setting the appointment, fast and efficient. Our technician Patrick was awesome - so polite and really takes pride in his work. Fixed the problem with our air conditioning, stayed with us for a few minutes to ensure everything was working properly, and was a great company.
Patrick was wonderful. He was highly professional, informative , reliable and very trustworthy. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very patient. I highly recommend him and his company.
Annual AC checkup: Specialist arrived on time with appropriate equipment to inspect air conditioning unit in apartment and on the roof. Found no issues but did advise me that as of next year, the refrigerant user will no longer be available. Honest is the best policy in any business and Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. are walking the talk!!

Excellent service. Called late night Thursday, told him about my problem. Instead of charging me,he guided me on how to take care of the problem over the phone. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made sure I knew how to fix the problem if it occurs again. Highly recommend this company.
Calton of Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. was up front on any issues, did his check and then some. He fixed my thermostat which would not reach past 70 degrees for our gas heater. I highly recommend their services.

Great experience on a Sunday morning! Had to pay more as expected for weekend service but i called at 8 AM. Someone answered right away and their tech called me 15 minutes later. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our a/c and gave us a few options with prices. Would surely recommend!!

The team from Mattco Heating And Cooling are very thorough and efficient with their services. My heater made the house feel dusty every time its turned on. I needed someone to sort me out with the issue and my neighbor mentioned Mattco Heating And Cooling. I contacted them and they said they’ll be able to assist with the issue.
