I picked Lofgren Heating & Air Conditioning based on their superb online reviews. I also had a great experience with this company and give them my highest recommendation. The technician was on-time, thorough, and did an excellent job of explaining the issue and my options/cost. Their price was very fair, especially when compared to a repair quote from a competitor. This is the type of company that I trust and want to do business with in the future.

This is the first time I have called Loftgren. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Laura was also very nice when scheduling an appointment. The next day when Chad arrived, it was a great experience. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He listened to me and educated me on the possibilities of what could be wrong with our furnace. Our furnace works great now! I am glad that it was an easy fix. Thank you Chad. Also thank you for taking off your shoes. We will definitely use Loftgren again.
Excellent service and very reliable
We contacted 3 HVAC companies about replacing/upgrading our furnace and AC. All 3 quickly showed-up to provide estimates. We received estimates from 2 companies. Neil, Lofgren's representative provided an estimate that gave several options and was lower than the other company. Neil took the time to explain what options are available and clearly listened to my expectations for a new HVAC system. This responsiveness put Lofgren first on our list. When I reached-out to the other company with a couple questions I never heard back from them. Our decision was easy at this point. We scheduled our installation. Joe P. showed-up on time for the installation and was extremely professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly and quickly. Our home was left spotless. Joe also took time to explain the system to us and highlighted proper maintenance. Follow-up questions to Lofgren were all answered promptly and thoroughly. All conversations were very friendly. We are extremely pleased with Lofgren and glad that we selected to work with them for our new HVAC system.
I called after hours on a Friday and spoke to Aaron, he was very helpful and courteous and willing to come out right away. We waited until the morning, Aaron showed up on time and was committed to solving the problem while relaying information the whole time. He even followed up with a phone call to check on things on Monday. Nice work Aaron!
They are a small family company, honest and reliable.
We had Lofgren Heating and Air install a new furnace and air conditioning earlier this year. Very satisfied with both units and the service we received. Price was competitive as we had received two other proposals. We would highly recommend them.

I had called for after hours service on my furnace this past weekend. Kyle had returned my call in a timely manner, and arrived within the 45 minutes which he had told me he would . He was thorough in seeking out the issue, and was determined to go pick up parts in order to fix the problem for me that day. I would highly recommend Kyle for his knowledge, and professionalism. I am so pleased with my furnace & air conditioner from Lofgren. Our salesman, Neil, was awesome to work with, no pressure at all and explained things very well so I could understand. The installers, were on time, very pleasant, showed me what they were doing and respected my property. One person was removing the old system from the property while the other one was installing. They took time to show us how everything worked and made sure we understood before leaving. Lofgren filed all the paperwork for warranty & rebates, which I received with in a couple weeks. The inspections thru the City went great....the mechanical inspector said "It's the best install I have ever seen"! That made me feel so good about my purchase! Thank you Lofgren!!
