Last year, we realized we needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Center Point Energy provided the best deal we could find and through their program, we discovered Air Rite Mechanical Systems. Through the entire installation process, we were impressed with the technicians, installers, and office help. They were all easy to communicate with, friendly, professional and displayed a great work ethic. This Spring, we started a major remodeling project in our basement. Half-way through, we discovered we needed some ventilation work to be done. We thought of Air Rite and contacted them. Once again, they were a joy to work with. They even went out of there way to personally deliver some special parts that were needed for this job. Thank you Antonio, Tracy, and Brian (as well as everyone else that helped with these jobs)!!! We love working with you and appreciate you all!
They fixed my A/C within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and also told me tips on how to keep my unit running long life. Can’t recommend them enough

Brian the owner worked with us directly and came out last minute to check up on our furnace that decided to stop working this week. After an hour, it was fixed and we are ready for the winter! Adding to this review: We had AirRite install an ERV system into our older unfinished basement yesterday to reduce radon levels. Last night - as a person with allergies and asthma - I haven't had that good of a nights sleep with clean fresh - spring like air - ever. It's worth every penny.
My AC was going out and home depot did not show up for an estimate. The AC failed and Air Rite came out that same day. Since I was replacing the system, Brian did some repair work right away to tide it over (he could have charged me more, but realized that it would be replaced shortly) and gave me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and I ordered the system. Brian did not oversell and was very knowledgeable. When the system was installed everyone there was polite and friendly as well as very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done excellently and professionally and quick. I highly recommend that you use Air Rite.
I can't praise the work from this company enough. An issue with my HVAC had me sitting in the heat for 3 weeks, and I was quickly losing my mind. Long story short, Zak and Antonio came to my house and solved in 3 hours what Sears couldn't in 3 weeks. Excellent value, craftsmanship, and they sincerely care about there customer; which I will be for life.
June, air conditioning season, and thanks to high humidity and storms, our a/c had been running nonstop. And then the leaking began. Our furnace had water streaming down the side of it, completely bypassing the tubing meant to handle the run off from condensation. We hit a cooler day and turned off the air. Nice weather predicted, so I called for an appointment and was sure to let Air Rite know that we did NOT have an emergency. They still fit us in that afternoon, and arrived right when they said they would. A quick once over, an easy diagnosis (loose connections and a strange gap near the coil), an hour's worth of work, and our unit is just like new. And as a bonus, everything was carefully explained, we were treated so well, and we have a new HVAC company!
Great price and communication. They were able to come to my house and pick up the part for my furnace the same way. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. I will be using them again and recommending them.

Nice guys that knew what they talking about, came out quickly, fixed problem fast for a reasonable price and found issue with a previous installation that they even tried fixing same day but needed to order part ... will use again and recommend! A+!
We had both a new Air Conditioner and Furnace installed by Air Rite. We were very very pleased with their service and installation. The installation technician did an excellent job and we were very impressed with his work. It was beautifully done and the Air Conditioner works as expected. These guys did a wonderful job. We have been out of AC for a couple of years. With a very ill husband we needed to get a new unit ASAP. They listened to what we needed, did a bang up job of getting it installed immediately for my sick husband and I am now one cool and very happy woman. The dog is loving it as well. No more hot nights. Thanks so much for being so prompt in taking care of a very bad situation for us.
