Called and Harry was here within the hour. Very professional and showed me what was wrong as l watch. They were the only company that picked up the phone. Will use them from now on.
They were available on the weekend, reasonably priced, treated us more than fair, and best of all, they’re local to Ypsilanti. Highly recommend.

AC made horrendous noise middle of night and had to shut off during this long heat spell. Called 5 places on Google no one could come to even inspect till the next week, others never even called back. A-Team sent someone to look at it end of same day I called and were able to fix the next day. Henry fixed my system and explained some items on my system since I’m a new homeowner. Highly recommend them! Reasonable pricing, just be aware it’s $70 fee to have them come look at system. I figured there would be a fee since others do same, just think the scheduler should mention it when booking so people aren’t caught off guard.
Kelly and Vince are amazing and thanks to them after my furnace went out it was repaired in just an hour after I called in middle of night very sweet understanding people and am very thankful for them. They are the ones to call when you have a spur of the moment emergency they don't give you run around they get right to it! Thanks again

Our furnace went out and the A-team had a new unit in the following day. They provided great, professional service at a fair price. They were responsive, friendly and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for any future needs
I reached out to A-Team Heating and Cooling in the early morning and they were able to schedule me the same day, a few hours later. I worked with Vince and he helped identify the problem right away. Within about 30 minutes I had a functional furnace again. Very friendly and responsive, highly recommended!

Vince and his team were such a help when our old furnace went out in early November. Everyone was kind and willing to go above and beyond. They suggested a cost effective replacement and installed it a couple days later. We were having a separate electrical issue and his team helped identify and fix that issue too as it was influencing the power going to the new furnace. I can’t recommend this local business enough. They treat you like family and do great work!
I recently had a leak in my A/C unit and A Team replaced my old unit within two or so hours of them showing up to my house. They were very quick and responsive to all my questions and their price was very reasonable. Would recommend.
Stellar quality of work. This family oriented company is heads and shoulders above the competitors in service and cost. The polite receptionist took my address and name and within 24 hours two great service techs Harry (uncle) & Vince (Harry’s nephew and sun of the company’s founder) pulled up and went straight to work. Next day service, reasonable price and above all kind, trust worthy and approachable guys. If ever I or anyone else has a Hvac issue I’d definitely with out any doubt recommend the A-TEAM. Peace

When my AC unit wasn’t working I called three different companies. The A-team was the only one who could respond promptly. Furthermore when they said my location was serviced in the afternoon and I informed them I work afternoons, they immediately switched the schedule around for me so that a repairman would come out in the morning. He fixed the issue in 15 minutes and was very helpful when explaining the issue. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. We called the 24 hour line and they were so nice and accommodating. They set us up with a repair time frame for the next morning. The guys were there on time, identified the issue almost immediately, had the part in the van, and replaced it all within 10 minutes! I will definitely be using this company again!
Vince responded very promptly when we were in need. He was very professional and had top notch communication throughout the entire process. He explained everything in a way which made sense and helped me to decide which route to go by giving me all the information. Our furnace needed to be replaced ultimately and the new one we received works fantastic and was a fair price and installed very quick! We would highly recommend this business.

Called around for a place to help with my mothers broken furnace on short notice. Came out as promised and got it up and running. Technician let me know what was going on at all times. Will use them again.
On Christmas Eve our furnace decided to start giving us trouble. Knowing it was a holiday, we had low expectations of anyone being able to come out, let alone have what was needed to fix the issue. We called one company and they came out in about 2 hours and wanted to charge us $4500 for a new furnace because they didn’t have the part to fix it. Then, we called A-Team. Vince came right out and had it fixed and running again within 15 minutes. We will be life long customers of A-Team for all of our HVAC needs. Vince was professional, knowledgeable and not overpriced.
