Donald from VP& L was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He had my furnace fixed up and running right in no time. Would recommend!
I can honestly say that this company is the BEST company I've ever dealt with since owning my house!!! The level of service and customer appreciation that I've experienced in the past couple of days is unheard of and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for fixing my heating system!!! I will be a loyal customer from now on and I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We have had one of the absolute worst experiences with this company that I can possibly imagine. We had a mini split system that we needed installed. We needed assistance with it and were assured they could handle it. The guys who came on site were very nice and I can’t say enough good things about them however they did not have the right tools or the experience to do this job. After what was almost a month of fiddling with our system, over four truck rolls with them coming in and out multiple times in one day, and them not fully finishing the job and not having the tools to do it, things went from bad to worse. Within one week of them apparently finishing the job all of the Freon had leaked out of our system and potentially compromised our extremely expensive mini split system. We hired another company to come out and fix the problem and they immediately found out when they put a vacuum on the system that VP&L has missed one fitting after all of that. In one weeks time all of the Freon leaked out of the system and the system went into emergency shut down. We had to have the majority of the work redone that they did and it cost us thousands of dollars. After this we got a bill in excess of $4000 from this company. They refused to make any agreement with us and actually intimidated us by having multiple of their employees sit in our parking lot and stalk our door while calling us. They then filed a claim in small claims court to get their money. There are plenty of great heating and cooling companies out there, I would really not recommend working with this company unless you want to waste money and end up in court.
