Very Fast Response Time, Friendly and Professional. I Would and Will Use There Service Again.

Of course our air went out at the hottest time of the year and on a Sunday. Someone came out first thing on Monday. The unit was twenty years old and we agreed it really should be replaced. He did not push that at all. That was our decision. They set up an installation as soon as possible. We were very happy with the repairman that gave us the estimate and the installer. Lane was the installer and was very pleasant. He said the unit should really be put in a different place. We agreed and he put the new one on the other side of the house. He also had to move the humidifier that was on the furnace in order to install the new air conditioner. He did an excellent job on everything. He even attached the humidifier drain pipes correctly that the furnace people did not and the water was not draining directly into the drain. I wish we had known about Lamphear before we had the furnace installed. Lane was a very pleasant man to work with. The furnace company people were rude. I would definitely recommend Lamphear.
I would highly recommend Lamphear Services. From the start, I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner over the phone. I scheduled my appointment a few days out for 8:30am on the Friday of a holiday weekend. Scott showed up exactly on time and was professional, friendly and helpful the entire time. He was clearly knowledgeable and showed me a few things to look for the next time around. I appreciated that he was accommodating to the situation currently and wore foot covers the entire time he was in the house. We have an older unit that isn't as easily accessible, but Scott never complained and worked quickly and easily to identify and address the issues that we had with the unit. The price was very reasonable for the service and materials. I am very pleased with the services and final cost from Lamphear. I am also glad I used them as recommended by a work colleague. I will be using Lamphear Services again for all my HVAC needs and will be recommending to all my friends in this area. Thank you again Scott and team!!
It's hard to find good residential workers in the trades these days. After two bad experiences with contractors, Lamphear came to the rescue. They were prompt and professional. I also appreciate the phone call from the owner regarding an installation question I had.

Aaron arrived right away to offer an estimate. Knowledgeable & detail oriented taking pictures & measurements. Estimate was well done. The installation went better than expected. New HVAC & water heater. Quite an extensive job that was completed by Lane with attention to detail.
They always do a thorough and complete job. Their techs are knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs, and if you have a boiler, they are the best.

These guys are great! On the coldest day in 100 years, my furnace decided it didn't want to run consistently. A quick call to Lamphere & a technician - Ahron - was to my house within an hour. Thankfully, it wasn't anything major - the intake/exhaust on the outside had been drifted over and blocked by the snow, but Ahron made sure to take the time to perform all of the necessary diagnostics and make sure my furnace was operating properly. Ahhh...a nice, warm, cozy house! Thanks Lamphere (and Ahron)!

Friendly repair man and receptionist manager was rode and overcharged me for 2 hours labor on a job 1 hour would be adaqute.took driver neatly an hour to get popular part he didn't have
Wish I could give them 10 stars. Called this morning after our air was not blowing cold air in 90+ degree weather with a 3 week infant and 2 year old at home. Expecting to have to wait a couple days with the heat wave, the nice lady who answered the phone said if they couldn't get out the same day, worst case would be tomorrow. Got a call 4 hours after my original call saying they were on their way. The technician Stephan went above and beyond. Our AC unit is 22 years old. I was planning on being told I needed a new unit, or atleast having them try to sell me on a new one. Not the case. Stephan checked everything, fixed any broken issues. All in less than an hour. No attempt at upselling. We now have cold air again, all for around $100 and less than 5 hours after I called. Will recommend Lamphear to anyone I know needing Heating or Cooling work!
I would NEVER use anyone else! They are really the best at service and the pricing is right on! I would trust them with any project knowing they back up their work!
