Have used GLS in the past, called to have our furnace replaced and the new owners from Meridian came out and did an awesome job. They also installed a tankless water heater. Highly recommend The Meridian Company.
This business must have all business they want or can handle. They often don’t pickup the phone during business hours and you have to leave a message. When they call you back, they say you’ll need to talk to someone else about scheduling and have someone else give you a call. They don’t show any desire to want the business or get the job done. Do these guys a favor and call somebody else.
Worst place ever. Wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. Completely dishonest and in no rush to get the job done.
I called them twice to get a price on a new furnace and got no call back!

They cancelled thee times and didn't bother letting us know. We had to call them and ask if they were still coming and they each time there was some screw up on their end and we got pushed aside without notification. They are extremely unreliable and displayed little knowledge of HVAC when asked about blower issues. Don't waste your time or money.
Called for a oil furnace repair and was provided very unsatisfactory service and a job that fixed only part of the problem. Stated on invoice furnace hadnt been maintained but failed to recommend vacuuming out or preforming further required maintenance. Company failed to work with me after addressing my concerns.

I live in Williamston and feel it is imprtant to support local busiensses whenever possible. GLS H&C is located less then a mile from where I live so I stopped in persoanlly requesting a quote for new Heat & A/C units and was told by the lady at the counter she would have someone call me. Over three weeks later, and no call, I called and agian requested a quote for new Heat & A/C and the lady who answered the phone said she would have someone call me. Over a week later, after no call, I called again and the lady told me John would call me. John called and a meeting date was set...then he cancelled it and another date was set for today, 9/1/16 at 9am. I called John on 9/1/16 at around 7:30am and got his VM and asked if he could come early. At 9:10am, and no John at the house, I called to see if he is coming and he says "Oh yea I had a 9am appointment with you." He did apologize. I told John I was no longer interested in doing business GLS Heating & Cooling.
I called them at 8:15 am, my central air was fixed by 3:30 pm same day at an affordable cost! They installed our unit over 20 years ago and they keep it running great!
