Our A/C unit went down after we got back from vacation and Brigg's sent someone out the same day I called and was able to get a new unit right after the 4th of July weekend. Very impressed with timeliness, knowledge and friendliness of Rob and the installers.
2nd Review! New Furnace. BRIGGS MECHANICAL IS OUTSTANDING!!! We we're having major problems with our Furnace so Briggs sent out their Tech Rob. Rob was extremely knowledgeable with thorough expertise! Unfortunately a new furnace was needed! Briggs was able to do a new install on Short notice for us! Very reasonable price and the install team of Paul and Nick were stellar! Paul and Nick were prompt and went to work immediately! Definitely experts with their work as well! Done within 4 hours or so! Furnace works great and definitely high quality work! I will definitely be using Briggs Mechanical for any future issue. The Trust is there!! We have called this company multiple times for service. Every time we call a receptionist takes our info and says we will receive a call back. No one has ever called us back. This has been going on since before Thanksgiving. So much for supporting hometown business. We'll take our business and money elsewhere.
My boiler stopped working on the Friday before Thanksgiving. I had two plumbers scheduled for Monday. Neither of them could fix it—it is an early model of the high energy efficient boilers. A friend recommended Briggs and they were able to come out Tuesday. I didn’t have much hope as the previous two plumbers had been in touch with the manufacturer and the manufacturer suggested a new system might be the easiest answer. Peter and Paul spent a few hours and were fairly confident they found the solution, but couldn’t get the part until the following day. Wednesday they came back and installed the part and it worked! I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff that I interacted with. The office staff were kind enough to fit me in at the last minute. Peter and Paul were knowledgeable and friendly. Chris was very patient and flexible with scheduling an appointment. I like this company so much that I just last week signed a contract to have my air conditioning replaced in the Spring. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. Five stars for sure!

Service on our Carrier furnace was prompt and at a fair price. Brian didn't stop working until our furnace was up and running again. Did a great job in spite of the tight quarters.
Excellent service! Tech showed up when he said he was going to be here. The tech was efficient and very knowledgeable! Very reasonable priced as well. Only place I will call from now on is Briggs!!

Went well out of there way to get my old air conditioner working in the same day, drove to Lansing to try and match motor he couldn't find and came back to put it in Most places would of put u off till another day or try and up sell u something new...
Wonderful business to work with
Had a Briggs truck behind me, at a no turn on red light , honking at because I wouldn’t break the law. Later he passed me, making lude hand jesters at me and my kid. Very unprofessional.
Guy driving the truck w no working tail lights on on side damn near ran me and a semi off the road this morning. He will never make it to a job if he wrecks the truck. Says something about the company if they don't care about the public
The Best decision we have ever made was to do business with Briggs Mechanical!..Honest, on time, great work, helpful, nice...I could go on, but you get what I am saying. Spending that kind of money on a new furnace and air conditioner was much easier knowing that they have our backs!
