I was very pleased with Justin. He was very polite and personable. He appeared very knowledgeable regarding the repair of my air conditioning unit. I would use Sharon Heating & Air Condition again.
My AC unit stopped working. Justin showed up and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes, 5 minutes after that, I had cold air again.
Immediate appointment. Fast service and fair pricing. We’ve worked with Sharon’s a lot and everyone there is great.
My filter got wrapped around the motor for my ac. We have a person in the house on oxygen 24/7. Bryan was here in less than an hour and fixed it. Works perfectly now. Thank you Bryan and Sharon for making this happen after hours. Greatly appreciated. See you soon.

I can't say enough good things about Sharon's. They were very professional, reasonably priced with no pressure to sell. They gave it to me straight. The installers were very nice. We’ve used Sharon’s on multiple buildings over the years. We have never had a bad experience. Always great service! Bryan was was quick and efficient this morning.
Paid $80 service call fee + labor for two different days only to still not have hot water after 8 days. First tech misdiagnosed. Second tech tried to to fix the issue.. but no go. Third tech had no clue as well. I spent way more than needed, only to still not have water. I had suggested a new tank but that was overlooked. I end up calling a someone else to replace my tank.. it took them 2 hours. I am frustrated and sad. Money down the drain. Then when they couldn’t fix it, they tried to sell me a tank for $1300 lesson learned.
