Excellent service from Flame. Came on time - fixed our AC. Our technician, Anna Szalma, was great. We were so impressed with the service that we decided to sign up for the Gold Plan with Flame for a year.
The crew for our furnace & A/C install were on time. They protected all work traffic areas to prevent damage. All the crew were polite and explained all aspects of the job. After the installation, the crew members did a walk-through of all the equipment locations, explained how the components worked, and tested everything. All work areas were thoroughly cleaned prior to the crew's departure. Overall, we were very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend Flame to someone needing similar work and we would definitely use them again.

Jeff Braun was great. Polite, professional, and knows what he’s doing. Got our AC up and running after doing diagnostics to identify the problem.
In preparation for adding a patio in the backyard we requested that Flame move our A/C unit from the back to the side of our home. It definitely required a certain level of expertise to relocate the existing connection through a washroom & storage room to the new location. Starting with Leeland, the Account Executive that helped us make the best choice, and including Matt, Travis and Dave that did the move. They arrived on time, they were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. It wasn't inexpensive but we definitely got our money's worth.
The tech was very knowledgeable and explained how the air conditioning unit works and why it isn't working. Very nice, man! If I need anything else, I will request Collin.
Carlos Carr and Mohamed Alkaifi were very observant. Cared about the trouble I had with my recent water heater purchase with a different manufacturer. And approached everything very professionally. I couldn’t be happier with Flame Heating & Cooling.
We were very impressed with Tom Harden our technician. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We will request him for our entire family's needs.

We had ac work done today by Cole, Mike and their helper. We also had Donovan at our home 2 days before doing our gold plan check. All of these young men were focused and professional. We have been Flame Furnace customers for over 30 years.
Said my compressor was shot when it was only a capacitor said my unit was junk at 5 years because it was not their brand, Generic response no way they could have possibly looked up my name. Be careful with their service technicians they are scammers
Mike and Teddy came to our house to replace our AC unit today. They were the most friendly professional men. They were so patient with my kids who kept asking them all sorts of questions. I am very impressed with both of them. The sales rep lee was also very kind. The service was done with 24 hours of being approved. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for fast, friendly and professional service.
Tech was able to come out quickly and troubleshoot my issue. Jeff was very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend using them.
Our kitchen sink was backing up along with disposal/faucet issues. I purchased a new garbage disposal and faucet from a local hardware store. Flame’s cost to install my new garbage disposal and faucet along with a drain snake was $1,038.00. The tech was here for 2.5 hours so, $415.00 was the hourly rate. Ouch. The snake attempt was a fail as they really didn’t have the best equipment for snaking drains so the next step was for another estimate to replace a small section of pipe which was an additional $1,100.00 but not to worry because they indicated they were giving me a “discount” since I had clearly been previously raked over the coals for the faucet and disposal install. They do live up to their name Flame, because I sure do feel like I got burned. The tech was professional however their method of estimating jobs is predatory. I can only imagine the naive and elderly that are taken advantage of on a daily basis. Thank you Flame team for the lesson learned, always remember that there are businesses that take advantage of situations and people.
Technician Alan Houston did a great job on a challenging task to install condensate pump and run vinyl tubing through ductwork. He came up with a plan, gathered all materials and tools, and took the time necessary to finish the job. He kept me informed at every step. Alan is another great example of the experienced experts who work for FLAME.
Anna Szalma was amazing and a huge asset to Flame. will find out if the fix worked tomorrow, fingers crossed that we get a cool house for the first time in 2+ years since you guys installed this unit..........
Mike Brusseau did an outstanding job on my annual maintenance. Our main A/C stopped cooling and he quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Mike’s been doing our service work for almost 15 years and he always does a great job!
I’m leaving this review on behalf of my parents. My parents are part of the gold member plan and recently had their air conditioner inspected. They received a quote for an issue regarding their air conditioner. After the quote, they had a question regarding the estimate. When they called, they were told that they would receive a call back promptly. After 3 calls, they have not heard anything back. At this point, they are now having a different company come out and take a look at their air conditioner. They have been customers of Flame for many, many years. 11 years at their current residence and had Flame at their old residence for years as well. It’s extremely disappointing to hear and especially since they have been paying for a membership monthly as well.
Kyle Dreyer was a knowledgeable and efficient technician. He did a yearly maintenance on my generator and the air conditioner. I will ask for him next year because he also took the time to answer all my questions.
Having recently bought a house in Roseville I was disappointed when my central air system waited until after inspection and closing to fail. Flame got a technician out quickly and while he wasn't able to fix the issue he did identify my furnace was fine, it was actually an electrical issue. I called Flame again and they sent out another technician literally the next morning. He got things back up and running within an hour. Both technicians were extremely prompt, courteous and efficient. Can't recommend Flame (and Nathan in HVAC and Robert in Electrical) enough.
