I have dumped my prior heating and cooling company for McCarver!! Both representatives that came to my home were really knowledgeable about my system, and gave me an honest assessment and estimate. I could not be happier with the service they provided.
Great company called them out for my a/c unit. They got made it in time and got it to running the tec was very professional and fast didn’t say much but fast will definitely use them for any future occurrences.
McCarver was great to work with. The technicians were true experts and walked us through everything. The ladies in the office made sure to work with our schedule to get everything installed timely. Overall the units turned out fantastic and the service was exceptional.
I have used McCarver for years and they always do great work. On time, trustworthy, and never overcharge. I've had a minisplit AC running 24/7 at max capacity for 5+ years ever since they installed it and it is still working great with routine cleanings. I never have to worry about it thanks to them. David and Erik are like brothers at this point. I trust my home and my business to McCarver.
Employee was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend him for future jobs. My whole experience with the company was amazing.

McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling came out to service our SpacePak Air Conditioning System. They were referred to us by a technician from the SpacePak company itself. They were excellent! Chris, the owner, and one of his assistants, Garret, found the problems quickly and fixed them. They are a competent, courteous, and professional company from the owner to his assistants to his secretarial staff. I was out of Michigan when alerted to a furnace problem. I called on Christmas Eve and got immediate response. Repair tech was on site 5 minutes later even before the key arrived for entry. Problem resolved.
full AC/Furnace replacement with a new Heat pump/furnace. Owner conducted the estimate and was here for the install. He spent time looking at the existing unit and ducting to be sure the replacement units were properly sized for the space and ducting. they were very quick with the quote and answering follow-up questions. Install was completed in 1 day even with a difficult install due to location of the unit. They spent time to set up the thermostat and answer additional questions. They were efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.
Erik and David did a wonderful job. Will be using services again in a few weeks. Came out same day that furnace went out. Have updates and time frame and who was coming.
Erik is very polite and patient to explain the problem and the solution to fix it. He is also very detailed about his work.

I like their use of emails and texts for updates. They arrived when they said they would. They were professional and answered all my questions. I've used them in the past and will use them again.
Your guys are at my house now installing a new furnace and AC. They detected a leak at our gas meter that may have just saved our lives. Our furnace went out Friday night February 10th, had a technician out Saturday late morning to diagnosis the issue, waited until Monday for the parts supply to open and they made the repair. Can’t express enough how pleased I am to use this company for my heating and cooling needs.

Water heater started leaking. I was able to speak with someone right away and get all information I needed in order to get a new water heater. Everyone was professional and friendly. When I need more work done on my home, which will be soon, I will definitely call them again.
Chris was great! I was able to get an appointment quickly and he came out to service our boiler. I really appreciated his advice and the fact that he didn't oversell me. I would highly recommend and will be using him for all future HVAC work.
