We got a new AC unit installed yesterday. Thomas and Jason were professional and did a great job installing the new unit. They were clean and explained all that they did. Dan also was great and thorough helping us decide what unit to go with.
Josh, from Aladdin Heating and Cooling, was at my home yesterday to do semi yearly maintenance on heating and air. He was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. It's always so very much appreciated that caring professionals take pride in their work and approach to customer service . Since Aladdin installed my furnace and air conditioner, (more than five years ago) response to concerns has been stellar!

Aladdin was very prompt and arrived right at the time of my scheduled appointment. I received a phone call in advance to let me know that they were on the way. My A/C was not working properly and Dennis was able to quickly diagnose the problem and was able to get it back up and running. I am very pleased with Aladdin and Dennis.
Consistently great service - 23 years ago Aladdin Heating & cooling installed two AC units, and this review is overdue. Working with their sales tech Dan was great, and Adam and Anthony did exceptional work. What was truly amazing is how spotless they left my place. Everything was put back EXACTLY where it was before they started - they even put my rug back and mopped the floor! Unbelievable!! Never seen such respect for my house from any other person I’ve brought in to work on it. Highly recommend them.
Aladdin Heating and Cooling has been amazing and a joy to work with! I had my HVAC system and hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job, despite the complexities of my old house. The price was competitive and I feel great about the money I spent with them. The workers were all polite and kind and explained things well. The people at the office were easy to work with and Jeff, one of the owners, was the kindest, most honest person. I would definitely recommend Aladdin Heating and Cooling to anyone!

Six years ago, Aladdin installed a new furnace and air conditioner at my son’s house and this April my house. For both of us, the cost of the recommended Carrier products was excellent and the installation was AWSOME!
I have worked with Aladdin for many years so when my water heater was no longer staying lit- I made the call. They came out that day and it turns out I needed to get a new water heater unit! Within a few hours I had a new water heater installed and I could not be happier!! Thank you Aladdin!
The team at Aladdin has been awesome to work with. They have been very fair with their pricing and provided excellent guidance with their quotation options. The install team was on time, completed early and did not leave a trace of the install when complete. They had to return to finish the AC when the weather broke, in and out in a flash less than 24 hours after I called! Highly recommend!! We had new furnace and ac installed in February.
Needed our furnace fixed after 6 p.m. The service perspn came quickly, fixed it & went on his way. He was professional and courteous.
Had Aladdin do my HVAC installation 5 years ago. Had maintenance check today. Everything ok. Dennis was very informative regarding tips to keep everything running optimally.
