Great experience, handled the issue fast, got my AC up and running in no time, and took the time to show me the preventative maintenance I can do to avoid this problem going forward
The technician was friendly, professional, and worked in a timely manner. Provided me with plenty of options as well as follow on preventative maintenance I could perform to prevent the issue from happening again. Highly recommend this company.

Was able to get a same day appointment! Trevor fixed my clogged sink and gave me some preventative maintenance tips. He informed me of all the other services offered, one which I brought! Looking forward to Hover coming to do some electrical work for me.
I've used this company twice and both times have not been disappointed with how quickly they were able to come out and take care of my issues, as well as their professionalism and the quality of work. AJ was fantastic. He was thorough and super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen. I learned a lot while he was replacing my water heater and broken toilet. He tested my water, found it was high in chlorine and told me ways to counteract that in my home. I would definitely recommend this company and AJ. He went above and beyond with excellent service. Thank you!

Cody was a consummate professional, correctly diagnosed the issue the first time, and got me what I needed without pushing me towards unnecessary repairs or replacements. Also kept me informed of the realistic consequences of various options, to help me make an informed decision. Will definitely be calling him again if/when I have another issue!

Garon Fry was our plumber and another fellow with him who’s name I believe was Moe. They arrived on site about 9 this morning and were done by 11:30. Great work and explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up when they were done. Friendly and professional. These guys were so good at their work I don’t think I would call anyone else. In fact we had two magnetic advertisements on our fridge. The wife took them off and threw them away. And we had called them and the wait time was unacceptable. Hoover was there for us when we needed them.
Graham was very friendly, quick service. Even used our garden hose to clean off the ac unit.
Cody went out of his way to correct an issue at our house. He was honest, hard working, and friendly. I’d recommend him to anyone!
The problem is when I called for the service I explained to the person what was going on and told them that they had to go to the roof. They should have known that it was a two man job. So now he has to come back with help. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
After calling another electrician company who told us our job would be very complicated, we called Hoover. Shane arrived, and tested a wire that was under our deck. He explained it was a simple task and removed the wire for us. Also we had a hanging cable wire, and he secured it to the house, which was done complimentary. We highly recommend Hoover and Shane.
I was fortunate because I found them by Google and seeing the trucks on the road. Jared Gill was my electrician. He installed my exterior garage lights with ease. He gave a free home inspection & was so informative. He talk very positive and made everything make sense. I recommend Hoover Electric and Plumbing. I don't have a Plumbing problem but I feel comfortable calling if I should need them.
Our water heater started leaking right before a vacation. AJ and Brad came out first thing in the morning and were able to get us a new unit (old one rusted out) the same day! Now we can go on vacation in peace. So grateful I called them and will be again for all the services they offer!
I had a drain clog and found this company. I had gone days without being able to shower and home or use the restroom. I scheduled my appointment with Hoover and took the day off and received a call from them canceling my appointment because my tech “called off sick”. That was disappointing as they were only able to schedule me out a few days more. That was a terrible inconvenience but, I opted to stick with them because of the reviews and pricing. My tech came his name was Kyle and he was professional, courteous, and just an all around cool guy. I enjoyed having conversation with him while he unclogged my drain. I give 5 stars even though I waited longer than I expected. I was told that for nearly $5k they could build an outside access point and clear the roots in my drain. Not sure if that’s something I’m willing to invest he however. In this economy $5k for a drain seems insane. Update: About 10 days later and the entire house is backed up again! I noticed signs only 2 days later! Unfortunately, the unclog didn’t work. I saw the camera and didn’t see any reason why this would be an issue, I believe the tech just wasn’t thorough enough the moment he saw water come down he pulled the machine and left. I believe they should run the machine a couple times to ensure that it’s clear.
They came out to Instal a new furnace. Were extremely careful with equipment and professionals, kept me informed of the progress on the go, Nice people to have around focus on the job without been disruptive to my everyday activities. Highly recommended👍
I call Hoover electrical when my first call to another company told me they couldn't help me until Friday. My call to Hoover didn't go through but THEY called me. Someone was able to come right away.Mike did an excellent job handling the sewer backup. He was very informative. I definitely would recommend this company.
