Very nice
Great company that I definitely anticipate I will be using again. It was just so easy, from when we called we set up an appointment right away that they arrived for in a timely manner. Then they took care of our furnace for a low price. What more could you ask for.
I was most impressed with their diligence and attention to detail. We needed our air conditioner fixed and the first HVAC company we called out could not figure out what the problem was. When we called Troy Furnace and Air Conditioning, Alan came out and got to work right away diagnosing the problem. Eventually they got to the bottom of it, and got it repaired. Great experience.

When we used them to put in a new furnace they were great. I would highly recommend them and will likely use them again in the future to prep for winter or summer seasons.

The company was also very accommodating with scheduling, they had a ton of appointments available on weekends and nights too.
Installed new central air for us and they were great. It was a relatively large project but they were more than equipped to handle it. They are highly professional and really do great work. Definitely would recommend.
Troy furnace and air was great when they came to redo our central air. It had stopped working for the third time in as many months and we figured it was time for a new system. They worked with us to make sure everything went well and came out just how we wanted. Thanks so much you guys.

They do great work for us whenever we have them out for a repair. We had them install our AC unit, and also do our repairs on our furnace and AC whenever they come up, or just for routine maintenance. Love working with them, would definitely recommend them.
Installed all new HVAC systems for us after we moved facilities. They did a perfect job, have had absolutely no problems with it yet, and working with them was surprisingly easy and painless.
