I called in Arthur to check on my AC unit condenser fan which was not spinning. Explained where the issue could be, checked the power and found that was the issue. He was there with me when I contacted DTE and helped restore the power and left only after it was all working well. And this was on a Saturday morning and he came within couple of hours of my call. His diagnostic service fee is also not high as some companies around. Definitely would recommend him.
The owner did a fantastic job of fixing our a/c system after Thornton and Grooms performed a systems maintenance the day before, which brought the system down. Central Star was very responsive and came over this Saturday to make sure we had the a/c system working on a hot summer day like today. The owner explained the fix, the potential issues that led to the problem and also told us how to watch out for symptoms that would indicate that there might be a problem in the making. The charge was very reasonable, the attitude was excellent and the fix was done very quickly. I would highly recommend this company for any of your a/c and heating problems.
He didn't show up at the promised appointment time and didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know. I wish here was a zero star option I would have given them.
I had my AC fail, and I had to make the call on Sunday morning. Artur was able to make it a few hours later. He was professional and was able to fix my AC in about 20 minutes. Prompt, professional, and effective. Great service!
Artur came out within 45 minutes of my initial call. He was friendly and got to work right away. He clearly explained the problem and his proposed solution. He was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend!
I called Central Star heating and cooling very late at night and they came out within 20 minutes after calling to fix our furnace. We had been having issues with our furnace for a month and they figured out the problem quickly and repaired it and also explained to us what was going on. They were professional, nice, reliable, and efficient, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will be contacting them with any future issues. Thank you!!!!!

5 stars for Central Star Heating and Cooling... My AC stopped working at the end of a 95 degree weekend in July. I called the Heating and Cooling company that I have used multiple times in the past and they would not return my call. Another company said they can schedule me a week out. I read some good reviews on Central Star Heating and Cooling, so thought I would give them a shot. My call was answered on the second ring and they were between jobs, so told me they could stop by in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later they showed up at my house, figured out the problem, and had my AC working within an hour of making the original call to them. Both guys were extremely professional and worked good together. This is truly the first review (good or bad) i have ever written about a company... A stressed out situation turned into a blessing as now i have found a new Heating and Cooling Company that I can rely on!

These guys are awesome! They were able to come out and fix my furnace the same day. Their prices are great and they took the time to explain exactly what they had found wrong with the furnace. I highly recommend them.

We called this company based upon the positive reviews. The owner came when promised, and also updated us via text (“on my way”). In addition, he was clean and neat, explained things, and answered questions patiently.
Very professional! Guys came out within an hour of my call, fixed my issue, continued to look for problems & stayed to make sure my furnace was up & running. They also followed up the next day to see how everything was working. I would highly recommend Central Star!

I called a around Troy Area for furnace repair at 8:30pm on a hiliday weekend and an overnight forecast of 2°. Of the 6 numbers listed on google for 24hr service, they were the only that promptly retirned my call and with 30 mins were at my home. Art and Aurthur were very nice, professional, and effective. They quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired my furnace. I will call them for all my heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you
