I'm thankful I found this company! Very caring and honest. I had a late evening emergency and American Air Comfort came through and saved my pregnant wife and 3 children from spending a night in a 90deg house. Can't thank them enough!
The job was done fine. The company is reeking shady vibes . Pushy salesman qualities . Strange interactions. Not a bad job, but I don't trust them. I wouldn't recommend them

They did a professional job and were in and out quickly. They made sure their equipment didn’t damage our hardwood floors and gave us a fair price on cleaning our ducts. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I'm SO happy with the work they did. I feel so much better now having them cleaned. I found them on Facebook thru Jason, and he sent me this company. The guys were wonderful and did a great job.
This company is a scam. An appt was made with a company by another name and this company name was provided at the time of payment. At this time I have reached out for a manager to call me. They have yet to do so. I have filed a dispute with my bank as well as have all necessary paperwork ready to file tomorrow with the small claims court in my county. With video evidence of their vehicles and them in my home I have all the information needed and more. Do not be scammed by these people. In response to the owner’s reply - I was able to take this company to the fraud department of my bank who ultimately was able to get my money back. The court and bank agreed this was fraud. I think their unprofessional snappy replies speak volumes as to who they are as a company.
I would give them 100 🌟 if I could. Before we moved to our new home, we wanted to have the air ducts cleaned and check on the heating and cooling. They did a great job cleaning them, showing us before and after,, couldn't believe how bad they were before. Now I can feel safe and be in peace knowing that we are not breathing bad air. They are very professional, on time, they go beyond their job to satisfy the client and do it right. They will explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend them. Thank you AAC
I am an HVAC contractor that doesn't currently offer duct cleaning services. I used to recommend a company that I had worked with for years but he has recently retired. I decided to reach out to a company that posted in a local facebook group to see how they stacked up. It turned out that the company I was using was subcontracting the work to American Air Comfort. I can honestly say that Jeff and Nick did a very thorough job, breaking all of the dust loose first at each vent and then brushing every individual duct. This all happened while a giant hose connected to the ductwork vacuumed all of the junk outside to their truck. My only concern was with communication prior to the cleaning, but that was an issue with the sales company that chose to communicate primarily via facebook messenger. The lady I communicated with didn't give me an arrival window until the day before the service and I had to ask a lot of questions to get what I felt was standard information out of her. Now that I know these guys do such a good job, I will recommend calling them directly and setting something up to anyone that asks. Ask for Jeff and Nick, great guys.

They did a great job cleaning my furnace and vents, It was a professionally completed job and all work areas were left in good condition. I will be sure to call them back for any future air duct and vent cleaning that I need done as well as passing their name on to neighbors and friends looking for the service.

These Guys are Great. I have a Victorian with 40 year old furnace. Nick came over arranged for his crew to replace my unit with a High efficiency unit. Jeff is a Master Teck with his assistant Diego. Did the Job in ten straight hours. Very polite. I'm totally satisfied.
My older house has two floor gas heaters- it's very difficult to find companies that will work on these anymore- a neighbor said call Nick, which I did, and they promptly referred me to Jeff. The technician that came was professional, quick, and tuned up/made repairs on the two heaters- they're better than ever now, and I would Highly Recommend Jeff!
I used them for a duct cleaning. They were friendly and professional, and their prices were quite reasonable. I will use them for any HVAC issues I have going forward.
