Awesome customer service.....
I had furnace installed the 17th March. Next day it was making alot of noise. Jason Charles came out and fixed the minor problem but was so helpful in telling me all about furnace and my humidifier. I learned alot from him today! Thank you!

I would not ever recommend Holland and was the worst $10K ever spent. Had Holland put a new A/C unit in our attic. We’ve had nothing but issues since installed. Found a cracked drip tray installed that they caulked which should have been in perfect condition, they didn’t put the UV light or the Merv 16 charcoal filter in We got a cheap low quality filter instead. Also we had dust and debris coming out and falling from the ceiling vents. I called and complained and they sent a different crew out to fix things and 13 hours more working on the unit they were done. Over the next few weeks the unit died on us two or three times. The unit kept freezing up and the had to move the drain pan sensor around till it worked. Then they had first electrical inspection which we had to insist on that didn’t pass because they had a 20 amp service put on a 15 amp breaker. Then it died again after they fixed the circuit and final electrical inspection was done. One more different tech came out and said a wire wasn’t hooked up right in the attic and was surprised it had been working at all. Once it died another time we called Goyette and spent a couple hundred more replacing bad sensor and something else. Now we go to start up the unit this season and it’s not working again. Time to spend more money on the faulty tin can they crammed in our attic.
We needed to replace our furnace and AC this year and weren't overly excited about it. Holland Heating & Cooling was amazingly patient in discussing our needs and helping us find a solution we could afford. Bill, Michael and Howie (job #HD901025) installed our new units on January 2nd. They were incredibly professional, efficient and clean and worked well with other trades people that were in our home that day doing unrelated work. They took the time to walk through the furnace operation and maintenance instructions with us and we look forward to them coming back in the spring to charge up the air conditioner. I would definitely use this team to do my installs again!
Thanks to Piper, J.R. & Terry (Job# HD811268) for working all day in the midst of a snow-storm (11/26/18) to install our Briggs & Stratton stand-by generator. They did a great job and the install looks great.
Woke up to the house being only 55 degrees. Called Holland after seeing all the 5-star reviews on Google and within an hour, Chris was here to service the furnace. He explained what the problem was and was informative on how to keep things running smoothly and avoid costly repairs in the future. The total cost to fix the problem was fair and reasonable. Will recommend Holland in the future to family and friends! Thank You!

Doing business with Holland heating was an enjoyable experience from dealing with Bob the salesman to Jason and Billy the installation crew. Jason and Billy did an outstanding job of installation and clean up. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend Holland Heating for all your HVAC needs.

Great Customer Service & Quick to Respond: I filled out the web form and got a quick response from Holland Heating. The technician, Jeff Pratt, was very knowledgeable and polite. He was very clear at communicating what the different parts of the repair were used in the whole heating system and showed me how to do the maintenance on some parts of the heating system. I would definitely call them again based on the whole customer service that I received. Thank you Holland Heating.

John and Eric installed my furnace today. They encountered a host of unforseen problems and handled them with true professionalism. They bent over backwards for my mom and me in finding solutions for everything. They deserve a HUGE raise!!! Thank you for sending two very caring and capable people.
Randy and Scot installed a new furnace for us. They did a professional job, cleaned up after they were done and answered all questions we had about the new system.
Called Holland Heating to get a Humidifier installed, Ken called me back the next day to set up appointment for Friday morning someone would show up, received a call before he showed up, and it was Frank, he introduced himself and layed down a runner to protect my floor, started at 9:30 and finished at 12:30. What a great company!!! from the sale guy Jerry League, to Todd, Cramer and Randy. I had a new furnace installed. On top of that they had to move a water heater and re wire and re-plumb the gas line in my old house. The work was perfect and they did a great job cleaning up after. They never took a break and worked for 8 hours plus. I was very impressed!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!! Even the girls on the phone Judy and Julie where nice and friendly. I haven't had this great of customer service in a long time…
Installation of new furnace was done in a timely and professional matter. A tarp covered the carpet to prevent carpet stains from the crew. The area was completely cleaned up after the job was completed. Installers Joe and Bill where friendly, knowledgeable of their product. Job well done....

John, Randy, and Joe did a great job on my furnace and central air. They explained everything that they were going to do and when they were finished they talked me through how everything worked. They even helped me set up my thermostat. They didn't even take a lunch. Thanks Guys. Juanita Herriman
