As a first time homebuyer, i had no idea what to expect when my furnace died as winter fell. These guys were able to get out here right away and do a job some others wouldn't. the new furnace cut my heating bill in half and has been amazing. because of this, when it came time for me to swap out my window AC units with central air, i called Mr Furnace. Here's where it gets real interesting. this AC unit has been a total lemon, but the owner and entire team at Mr Furnace do everything in their power to solve this issue. including arguing with the manufacturer on my behalf. while the ac debacle has been frustrating, it's been solved, and these guys never let me down. i couldn't recommend more fervently!

My wife and I were debating about which company to use for our water heater replacement and while we were at it, a new furnace and a/c. We like to use local companies whenever we're in need of repairs around the house. She researched and found Mr. Furnace. After going onto their website, I sent a message stating that I was in need of a water heater and furnace with a/c replacement. Within a couple of hours, I recieved a phone call from a nice lady who set up an appointment that very afternoon with the salesman, Joe. He was prompt and a very likeable and knowledgeable guy. We didn't feel pressured at all and were suprised at the cost for everything. After getting the quote that very afternoon, the crew showed up the next day to install the new water heater. The following Thursday, another crew showed up and installed the new furnace and a/c. I can't say enough nice things about the overall experience. Everyone that I dealt with from the beginning to the end, were very respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and very neat at their jobs. Ours was not an easy to get to install, but the guys never slowed down. I will recommend Mr. Furnace to everyone I know. Thank you all again for a great experience.

Joe R. came out, we figured the best wall furnace for our sunroom, Matt and his crew came out and took out the old and put in the new in a couple hours. Once again I am thoroughly pleased with Mr. Furnace and all their gang and all they do!
Joe the salesman was very nice and very knowledgeable about I wanted to upgrade to a high-efficiency traine furnace 96% great price. Also the installers did an excellent job installing the furnace in my home as well as helping me understand the work that they performed and The new upgraded air filter the size of the filter I will be needing when I change it out. They cleaned up and did a great job installing I highly recommend Mr furnace as well as doing business with this company.
Called yesterday for service on my furnace, wasn’t working and my house was 44*. Technician came out within 2 hours of me calling, walked me through what he was working on and testing before giving me the final price and problems. He ordered parts and another technician was at my house early the next day. Nice, respectful and quick. Adam & Jeff were great. Will definitely use this company for future needs!

Mr.Furnace was amazing for us. When we moved into the house q year ago we knew it needed to be replaced but had to wait a bit. Well our ac ended up going out and Joe came out that night to get us a quote to repair it. We went ahead and redid our whole system and they came out very quickly and got it done. The team was great and very respectful to work with. Thank you we are enjoying our new systems.

We needed a brand new AC unit, after 7 quotes Mr. Furnace was the lowest price with the best service. ($3.392 compared to $4.600 - $6.000! for Trane AC + instalation). TLDR: a very complex situation that I thought I would end up screwed. Any other ac business would have left me hanging on this. NOPE! Mr. Furnace never gave up on doing what's right for the customer at no cost to me. Eventually found and fixed a problem that was difficult to solve. Full story: I have a duplex with old vents, a dual zoning system and a lot of unique challenges. I got a new AC unit in 2018. Everything was fine, except for those really hot days the upstairs was boiling.bainxe those days were rare, I would have Mr. Furnace out once a year when it happened. Come 2022 summer was hotter than usual and I was already aware something was wrong with my ac system on very hot days. Mind you I got this ac unit 4 years ago and it was out of warranty for free service. Eventually Mr furnace found the multiple issues that made my system cool my house on even the most brutal hot days. The problem was the hottest air upstairs was not returning downstairs before the cold air from the middle floor. They calibrated my zoning, added a new temperature sensor for return air, and increased my return air volume of the upstairs air. This was done over 3 visits in 2022 and a visit once per summer of every year. Mr furnace did all that to make my system right and keep me comfortable all without charging me even after my warranty for labor was expired. THANK YOU!
Tony is sooooo straight forward, I actually call him Mr Furnace himself. But, he literally really looked out for me and I felt like he wanted me to have top notch service. When it was time for my install he called to check on me. When they arrived... On time.. all 3 or 4 guys were sooo nice, sooo professional and over all impressive. It is very clear when they come to work they also enjoy what they do, it's not rushed and they make you feel at ease. I would recommend them 1000x's. Even from the first phone call asking questions and scheduling they were so nice. It's unfortunate that this tow of service is so rare, but when I tell u I was so comfortable with them in my home, I am just glad my sister refered them to me. I'm hoping I'm not leaving anything out, but if u want a reputable company don't think twice. Their overall customer service and quality of work is by far incomparable.... Thank u again....
I was installed 7-2-22 & found the installers to be awsome.They went out of there way to show me what they did with pictures on there phone,as I am handicap & cannot go down stairs.This showed me they were honest & had nothing to hide.The price was very reasonable & the unit is very quite(Trane).They also pointed out area of concern & showed them to me on the phone & took care of them,at no extra charge.They were things left by a previous installed of my heating install.They were fast,knew what they were doing,& you would never know they were here with the great clean up.I would recommend there services to all.
Had them come out to service my mini split system.. first off got a call when they were headed my way.. they showed up on time.. tested the full system after diagnosing the issue.. put everything back together and cleaned up.. could not tell anyone was ever there.. and the price was very reasonable.. thank you guys for getting me back up and running so quickly!
On June 2, 2022 Mr. Furnace came to my house to inspect my central air. The tech found there wasn't any coolant in the system and suggested there could be a leak. I gave him permission to check for a leak. This consisted of installing 6 pounds of coolant and then testing the pressure of the system. According to the tech there was a small leak that could possibly be resolved by adding a dye pack that was also a sealant.. I allowed him to insert the dye pack after him telling me that the leak was so small that the sealant would "probably fix it " Guess what - I paid $949 and there is not any cool air coming out. I turned it on 6/15/2022. I called Mr. Furnace on 6/16/2022 to tell them there is not any cool air coming out of the vents, and they offered to come out for a $400 - $600 service call. Because I already paid almost $1,000 to have it fixed, I'm out of funds. Apparently the 30 day warranty is labor only, parts 90 days. Question is - was it really a small leak or was it a big leak that was misrepresented as being a small leak in order to collect easy cash? Was the tech a scammer or incompetent? When I plan on replacing the system, it will not be from Mr. Furnace.
Great to work with initially with great prices, but I see why and where they failed. Their bank desired to state that the check for the services “bounced.” I was put on hold and the bank, Huntington, stated that they would not reprocess. The team member started to get an attitude when I asked a question about it and when I could be there to write a new check; which is fine to write a new one. I was informed that I would be charged an extra fee for the check bounding where there was no issues with the account or my bank, who was called after my interaction with this individual, who stated there was no bounced check….interesting! Regardless her attitude and jumping to “putting a lien on my property” is poor business practice. I will NEVER use this company for services again and have told all my referrals to go elsewhere for any HVAC needs! Completely unprofessional! In response to your comment: That is sad to say because based of this experience you have been having Huntington Bank give false NSFs for over 40 years to consumers at random! What a complete bad business edict to have! I am happy to say I will only be using you for the warranty since I have to for any warrantable issues that occur. Also, as we discussed on the phone I will be bringing ANOTHER check to you. Not my problem that your bank had a false NSF when I confirmed with my bank they never tried to process the check number. I look forward to going to Huntington Bank and having the check processed with us BOTH being present.
My air conditioning stopped working last night so I called Mr. Furnace at 8:00 in the morning. I was put on the schedule as an emergency since it was Saturday (additional charge). The technician, Jeff, was at my house in less than an hour and my system was working by 10:00 am. He answered all our questions and offered suggestions in case it goes out again. I was very pleased with the service and response time.
