Had an Ac unit quit 4th of July weekend, called and they were here within 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back up in running in 15 minutes. Thanks again!
Our AC stopped working and Apollo sent a technician the next day. Jason T did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and worked quickly/efficiently to resolve it. We also appreciated Jason explaining what he did to resolve the issue. Thanks Apollo and Jason!
these guys serviced my house a couple years ago, did great work.
I called on a Monday and Jason was out the next day within my 2 hour availability. He addressed the issue with my AC unit and was very friendly and informative. I really like this company because they charge a fair price for work and do things in a very timely manner. Jason did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my AC unit and was able to fix it immediately. He also gave me some tips of ways to prevent the issue from happening again. We needed a furnace and water heater inspection for our house. Jason was professional, very polite, and did a thorough job to ensure safe and proper operation. This was our first time using Apollo and based on the service would recommend them for heating and cooling service.
Only HVAC company I will use! Called them in the morning and they got me in the same day for service. Jason T is awesome very knowledgeable friendly & fast if you ever have any issues give Apollo heating and cooling a call you won't be disappointed! The service was great and the technician did an excellent job ;) I have an old system that really needs to be replaced and so the fan outside went out. The technician found the issue quickly and repaired it. Thanks :) I would highly recommend Apollo.
I have used them since we moved into the arena. They have serviced my AC and Furnace for tune ups and some smaller repairs. They recently installed a new hot water heater for us. I highly recommend them. They are honest and have fair and honest pricing.
I called for service of my ac which was not functioning and a service man was at my house a few hours later. Jason was professional, neat, and very clear about what he was doing and what I should expect. On his way out he checked to make sure the door was locked and that the gate was closed. I felt very confident with his work.
Well, where do I start? Had the current system when I built the home which is now 32+ years old. The current furnace/air worked fine but was getting old and worried about it stopping when I least expect it. Time for new HVAC. I did my investigations, having companies come by and quote a full topline furnace and air conditioning system. Jason came out and measured and took the time to really look over everything. I felt comfortable w/ him as he did NOT try to over sell as few others tried. Nice guy!!!! Anyway - went with Appollo and saved over $2300 for topline HVAC. Very, Very dare I say VERY happy with the full install. This will last me another 32+ years!! Thanks again Kevin and Andrew.....GREAT TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a hot water tank installed by Apollo, and the service was great. They came out (thankfully) the same day the tank gave out, and did a wonderful job. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, (even putting down tarps everywhere they had to walk on the main floor, and down the basement stairs). He explained how the tank worked, and how to maintain and prolong the life of the tank by draining it 1-2 times per year. I will definitely use them again, and will give a positive recommendation to anyone in need of any of the services they provide.
I cannot say enough about the team at Apollo Heating!!!!! Jason the technician who performed major warranty work on our furnace was outstanding!!!!! Lindsey in the office was so helpful and went above and beyond to help secure parts. Amazing price, communication, and their experience showed! I highly recommend Apollo Heating & Cooling and look forward to doing business again when we buy our next system and generator!
My furnace started blowing cold air (it's February 1St) and I called Apollo Heating and Cooling. Jason, the technician, was very nice, prompt and efficient. He repaired my furnace at a reasonable price and I'm very happy.
Jason from Apollo Heating and Cooling was very responsive and professional doing my yearly maintenance check of my furnace. He inspected that the heating system was still operating correctly and provided help to keep my system operating smoothly.
Had no heat. They responded to my call and had a technician out with only a short wait. Very polite, explained everything and was very thorough. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
Didn't care for their customer service, very dismissive. Never got to the point to see their quality of work, apparently they don't do work in the 48226 ZIP code (Central business district)

The admin was very professional and had a service truck to my house within 3 hours of my call, even though we didn’t purchase our system from them, and we have never used them for service or maintenance. Kyle was incredibly professional and kind while he was here. He explained what happened with our furnace, and why we needed the parts we did. He never attempted to “up sell” and made sure the system functioned properly before he left as if it were his own furnace. We will absolutely use Apollo again!
