Long story, but glad I called Hulett. Worked with Tony to diagnose what I thought was a small issue that turned into a frustrating nightmare. (He’s amazing) Nest thermostat wasn’t getting enough power despite being hard wired. Kicked out an error code. He was able to come same day as when I called, took a look at it and was able to determine the furnace wasn’t getting enough (and eventually any) power. Turns out the electrical board of what is a <4 year old furnace was completely FRIED. my furnace that I had spent $3,800 (w another HVAC company) to replace not that long ago was doneso. There was evidence of significant water damage- rust all over the fan and furnace unit. The Bryant evaporator coil (N style) by design isn’t great in a vertical furnace set up, it’s been known to freeze a bit and then the condensation runs down and into the furnace.. in less than 3 years of the AC replacement- enough water got in to completely fry enough parts and electrical to render it useless and nothing but a complete replacement would be economical in both time and dollars. He replaced the evaporator coil, the furnace all within 6-7 hours (including two trips for parts). He used his expertise to diagnose and find a solution so I wouldn’t be stuck w the same problem in 3 years. Not only was the install cheaper than the original company I had used, the install was faster and easier to get on their schedule. With my new furnace, they are providing a free two year maintenance check, something the other company did not provide. Tony was fast, efficient, very experienced/knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to helping me solve a problem instead of just saying sorry about your luck, here’s a large bill. I will be switching my loyalty over to this HVAC company.
Hulett did a great job installing a new furnace and A/C at our house. Prices were super fair and the team professional. I can highly recommend them and would do business with them again any time.
Insanely irresponsible driving. Just watched one of their employees drive 25 through a stop sign because they were too busy texting to look at the road. Do better

We had an older furnace that needed replacing and had Hulett professionally install a new furnace. Their service was outstanding and knowledgeable. Tony and Chris were awesome. highly recommend using them for any furnace or heating needs.
Tony was awesome. Very knowledgeable was in and out in less than half an hour. I had nice cool air 😌. 10/10 Would recommend.
I had 2 other companies out to repair my AC unit. They both couldnt figure it out after a couple trips. Tony came in and had it figured out in 5 minutes and repaired in 15. Highly recommend this company.
Tony Hulett is himself a professional and expert in knowledge of current HVAC tech and in customer service! He services and maintains my 4 rooftop HVAC units. During the pandemic he installed in each unit high tech uv light purification systems to improve air quality in my gym. Exactly the solution I needed to reassure my gym members that I was doing everything possible to reduce chances of any airborne bacteria/viruses. My members also noticed a difference right away just in the lack of gym odors. Huge improvement. Highly recommend -

Hulett heating and cooling, is amazing I use them for all my services. Very respectful technicians. They attend to all your need. Just recently I was having issues with my furnace it was a intermittent issue they took the time to track down and they explain exactly what was going on. I appreciate as a home owner when you don’t know anything as most home owners. They made me feel comfortable, and I will always call them for my heat and cooling issue and maintenance for now on.
Everyone in my family knows to call Hulett when their hvac system starts on the fritz! They have always been reliable and friendly with us and always follow up to make sure that we are satisfied with our service. I would definitely recommend them!
They were on time and very quick/professional with their work! Tony was very informative on what was wrong with our heater and what they could do to fix it. Would definitely recommend giving them a call!
These guys saved my summer! When my AC was broke, they came out the same day I called, expeditated the part order, and had me up and running in a day. I would recommend this company over any other out there!
I've worked for Hulett Heating and Cooling for several years, and prior to that Tony Hulett was my install manager at the first job a received after graduating from Northwestern Technical Institute in 2014. Because of the guidance and leadership of Tony Hulett and his company I could not, and would not be the Technician I am today. Hulett Heating and Cooling is in a class of it's own!!!.

I had them run a gas line out to my garage and hook up a ceiling heater. They were very fairly priced, got me on the calendar quickly, and finished the job to code. Great experience!
Very friendly and polite...but won't return calls. I am waiting 3 weeks later for a part. UPDATE: I changed from 3 stars to 1 because both my husband and I were persistent and made follow up calls for a month. We never got a response or call back. After a while they blocked our calls.
Waste of money!!! Called them out a couple of weeks ago, paid them to 'fix' my furnace and it's already not working again. Called them back no response for a week.. paid another company to come out to fix their mistakes.
