Very rude. They over charge for parts by hundreds of dollars. The guy who came out seemed to be very confused when speaking to me.
Scammed me big time. Charged me 348 for a 25.00 part. This place is so messed up. I wish I would of known better. Please take my advice and go somewhere else.

Comfort Zone was instrumental in getting our home ready for the warmer weather this year (summer came earlier :). They were out within a couple of days and the service we obtained from Mill G was awesome! He was very professional and explained everything along the way. We were up and running in no time!
Our air conditioning went out during the hottest few days of the year so far. Comfort Zone got Mill out to us the day we called and he even came back the next day because our refrigerant line was frozen and he wasn’t able to diagnose the issue the first day! Mill was a great tech, he worked in our attic, which was probably over 100 degrees and he explained everything well and got our air back on easy peasy! Great company, I advise that you ask for Mill!
Experienced excellent service from Mill; he was the perfect tech to resolve all issues with our AC.... he also made us aware of future issues we might have. He will definitely be our go to guy! Thank you again Mill!

I scheduled an appointment the evening prior when my A/C would not turn on and Frank was able to come early the next morning. Frank was professional, knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue quickly. I highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling.
We had to get our entire AC unit and furnace replaced and these guys did a great job! Today Mill G. came out to do a final check and top things off and made sure to answer any questions I had! He was really great. Everyone was very professional and responsive.

My service took place over two days due to a need to order a new part for my furnace. The technicians on both days were very professional and knowledgeable. Should I need help again, I will definitely go here first. 5/18/2023: I've since needed to replace the entire furnace and AC unit. Mill has been outstanding throughout the process, and everything is running great.
Mil G. checked the AC that they installed for us two years ago. As usual, we were called before his arrival at our house and he answered all my questions. We will be renewing our Membership Agreement with this Company.
If you are ever in need of any hvac needs and live in royal oak and the surrounding area these guys are amazing. Frank and his staff are very friendly and are good at what they do.
Zachary came to my house on time, and right away! He was very polite and considerate. He quickly provided service and also provided several options for me. I appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes to not track in any dirt from the rain. Will definitely use this service again!
