David stopped by to provide me with an estimate for replacing my AC unit and furnace. He showed up on time, discussed available options, and created a proposal tailored to my needs. He was available to answer some follow-up questions I had the next day as well.
I’ve been a customer of C&C heating for quite a few years. I am also on there yearly plan where they come in and do a furnace tuneup and an air conditioning tuneup. It’s $10 a month very satisfied.
Trevor L. was the Service Technician that came out to look at our air conditioning unit. Trevor identified and fixed the issue within minutes! Additionally, he figured out a way to get air circulating better throughout the entire house! Couldnt have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend Trevor and C&C Heating and Air Conditioning. Great with dogs too. Five Stars.
Desmond quickly identified and explained problems we were having with AC. He explained everything in detail that was causing AC to not run properly. He was upfront about costs before adding freon, which was much appreciated because I was shocked at how expensive freon is. Desmond was prompt, courteous, respectful of property, and very knowledgeable! I will definitely recommend C&C and use them again in future.
Used this company for the past several years and have had great service. Intelligent and friendly staff. Had a new furnace and air conditioner last year installed with them. I called them recently to discuss options for cooling the upstairs due to poor vent work and to look at my second house next door as it recently stopped working (old system and not their install) . The existing system was in the house when purchased. Technician was very nice, but looked at system very briefly and said it was not to code and could not be serviced by them. Fair. The issue is he charged a large diagnostic fee. There was no diagnosis. I still have no idea what the issue is and while I understand inability to service something for liability reasons, it not right to charge a diagnosis fee when it was not provided. I paid it and said nothing. When you have a good experience, you may tell a few close friends. When an experience is poor, you tend to tell more people. This company is traditionally very responsive, timely, and has great office workers. Unfortunately, the service and business quality has gone downhill.
Bryan was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the solution to our HVAC needs. There was no hard sell, just hard facts . We appreciated his candor. C&C has served our home for two generations.
The service was excellent. The service rep that C &C sent out, Michael N. was on time, polite and answered any questions I had. The C& C representative made sure to put on his booties BEFORE he entered my condo. He explained everything that was done and then wrote up the invoice and Emailed it to me. I would recommend C&C heating all of nd cooling to anyone that needed heating and/or cooling Service ....

This is everything you would expect in a great company, I probably have had a dozen different service technicians over the years, and all have been excellent.
Quick response. I was so happy they were able to fit me in the same day I called to fix my central air. And Daniel J. was very nice and great to deal with!
Desmond was awesome! He fixed our issue and was so thorough! He gave me all the options for the future and got my AC cooling again on the spot. The office was great and the service was amazing. Highly recommend. I used a company the day prior that cut my service to the unit and told me it had to be replaced. Always have C &C take a look! Skip the others. Thank you.
I am a C&C Heating Club Member and have never had any issues with scheduling or service. The membership is a great value which includes two checkups per year. I love the convenience of automated monthly payments. Makes it worry free.
The guys that installed our new Air Conditioner today were so polite, kind and they did a awesome job I am so sorry I can’t remember their names because they should be recognized for the great job they did!!!!!! Dzemil B was great! He was able to find a leak in the air conditioning. Since it was late in the day he filled it with refrigerant and said the office will set up a follow-up visit to fix the leak. Great service, great job!!
Our tech, Kevin, took time and care to tend to our ac unit so that we will be functioning well throughout the hot summer months! He, along with the whole C&C group are great to work with- we will always recommend this great business!
Doug did a thorough job on servicing the AC for the season. I was quite impressed. He was very polite, and I was very happy.
