cannot say enough good things. i had several recommendations to call them and everyone was right. they installed ductless air in my garage upstairs. instant communication. show up when they say. do not try to upsell or over complicate what you want and need. the installers were so great, too. thank you chris!!!!!

Not wanting to get scammed by a flashy salesman, I researched home HVAC information online for a couple weeks before getting quotes. Learned a lot about brands, sizing, proper installation, what is needed and what to avoid. What makes sense and what is a waste of money. After sitting down with the owner Chris I realized quickly he was going to get my business. His recommendations were spot on with everything I was reading. No upselling, no song and dance. But a job like this is only as good as the install and I can't say enough good things about the experienced and professional team that showed up. So impressed with everything about this company.
I needed to have a furnace installed into a house that I had for sale. I called Arrow from a recommendation from a friend. Chris was responsive. Gave an estimate for the work to be done and explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted. No surprise charges. The total experience was top notch and professional. Anytime you need to make a large investment it is painful. Chris made sure that the work was done when it was scheduled although there was a very large snowstorm on the same day. The company left the area clean. I would recommend Arrow to anyone that has heating and cooling needs.
Called them and were scheduled right away on a Saturday. Very responsive, competitive pricing, professional, and did a great job. Will definitely be using them for all my hvac needs!
Had Arrow out to replace my chimney liner for the furnace. Fast response and knowledgeable staff. We're lower priced than if I were to try and get the parts myself and tackle the job. I like that they are no bs and are fair I will use them again!
A/C went out in the 90 degree heat. Arrow had a service guy out the same day to fix it! Awesome people and service. Shout out to Rick!

Arrow Heating and Cooling is the absolute best. I had the best experience. The tech showed me everything that needed to be done and explained it in layman's terms. He was patient and the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work that he did. Got some great advice and a great warranty. I would definitely recommend Arrow. House is nice and toasty!

Chris the owner is a great guy and helped me out in a jam. My furnace needed a heat exchanger which is an expensive repair and he gave me the best price out of everyone else in the area. He was very honest and squeezed in my repair in an extremely timely manner even though he was booked on the schedule for a month. I would highly recommend Arrow for any repairs or new equipment. Great service! A/C went out in the middle of the night during hot weather, called Arrow before 7 on Saturday morning. Call was returned at 7:40, and a technician was here to diagnose the problem at about 9 am. Came back with a new motor at 1 pm. Courteous, pleasant and prompt!
