I had the company come out and do a quote and while he was here he complained about having a hard time getting employees and them leaving after a short time and not being professional. Well I understand why. This company has extremely poor communication skills and what appears to be I don't care if I get this bid or not. I am not sure what is going on at this place or what kind of personnel issues they have but it does not excuse the total lack of communication. They might have been decent at one time but now just save yourself lots of frustration of trying to deal with this mess of a company.
I contacted Total heating Cooling , and electric to come out to my house and give me a quote on fixing my electrical issues. The electrical outlets in two rooms did not work. Mike was suppose to come out the first time and I did not hear from him so I called to confirm. He said he forgot and we reschedule, the day we rescheduled for he texted me and had to reschedule for another day because he had another job he was stuck at. The 3rd time he did show but not in a work truck because of rising gas prices ( his words). He came in and showed him which outlets did not function and showed him the basement. He stated that he had an hour drive home and wasn’t really sure what the problem is but there is a disconnect with the old knob and tubing. He stated he needed to think about it and he would get back to me. I have yet to hear back from him, never received a quote or an update.
I had Mike install new electric and mechanical for a new bedroom in the basement. Being an old house Mike and his crew did an excellent job not just running new circuit and ducting but also fixing other wiring issues . Mike is my first call for anything related to heating, cooling and electric.
Had to have our electrical panel updated and our furnace replaced Mike and his guys have been amazing. They do amazing work and have gone above and beyond. Prices are fair and they are fast workers. Would def recommend.
We had another company come tell us we needed a new furnace and a/c. Total Heating came, diagnosed that we actually just had a bearing going on the motor, replaced the motor, and it was 97% less (I did the math). The furnace works great! On time, friendly, and professional.
Had electrical repairs - a track lighting fixture in our kitchen, along with a fluorescent ceiling light in our finished basement. Basement fixture was very hard to trouble-shoot due to bad wiring in the basement. They kept at it and fixed both lights. Good work!
Mike did the electric for our gazebo. It’s flawless! Encased all wires, you can’t even tell they are there! Aaron hooked up our hot tub. Mike went above & beyond to fix some bad breaker wiring. Highly recommend!

I’ve known Mike for several years and his company, Total Heating, Cooling and Electrical, has been my go to source for installations and repairs. They installed our whole house Generac generator and it works perfectly and looks great. They also installed a new 75 gallon water heater a couple years ago. When you check competitors pricing, you’ll find Mike is less expensive.
Mike did a great job. Prompt, wore masks, great job installing hot water heater. Everything I expected! I would reccomend Total Heating and Cooling.

Best Electrician Ever!!! Mike has been the most outstanding electrical experience we have ever received. He was very professional, kind, friendly, efficient and so helpful. Dealing with this Pandemic is stressful enough but finding out we had no electricity, heat or hot water was beyond frustrating. I contacted Total Heating, Cooling & Electrical and Mike was at our home withing a couple of hours. His service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major electrical issue that two other companies could not resolve! We have found a lifelong electrical, heating and cooling company. that we can rely on and trust. We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need!

Had them come to my house spring 2019 to show what I wanted done. Wasn’t a big job gave estimate of 1 day to do job. They said would call. They never did. I called back couple of times and they didn’t respond. I called them because they were local and figured I would give them some work. To this day they haven’t called back. If they didn’t want job all they had to do was tell me. I thought I was doing the right thing giving work to someone local.
Highly recommend Mike taking care of all of your heating, cooling and electrical needs. He genuinely cares to make sure you have you receive the product and/or service you need at a great price with outstanding customer service.

Mike came out today for our broken air conditioner at 6 p.m. (on the hottest day of summer so far.) I actually called at 4:30 so that's pretty incredible for him to get here that fast. He did a great job and explained everything to my husband as he was working. So grateful to have a cool house again! Thanks Mike!
