Would highly recommend Trusted Heated and Cooling to anyone needing maintenance, repairs, or a completely new HVAC system. We have used them for all three services and couldn't be more satisfied with their professional, attentive, and knowledgeable service. Before our new heating and cooling system was installed we were members of their Comfort Club (yearly maintenance service) and were able to add years of use to our previous furnace and AC.
Faster than Jimmy John’s! In November 2022, we had Trusted Heating and Cooling come out to install a new HVAC system, which already was a great experience! They were friendly, very quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They weren’t able to test the AC unit because of the weather but said when it gets warmer, they will come out to make sure everything is working okay. Fast forward to Memorial Day weekend 2023, I text their number to see if we could schedule someone to come out to test the AC. I texted the number at 4:40pm, surprisingly received a text back at 4:50pm and they (the owner Alex) was in my driveway by 5pm! Memorial Day weekend…. Literally incredible service. Thank you so much! Just had a new AC unit installed. Great service from the sales team to the installation. Darrell did a wonderful job describing what would happen during the install at the time of getting a quote. Trevor and Garrett did a very professional job with the installation and were very knowledgeable when it came to what they were installing and with the questions I had. I would highly recommend using Trusted for all of the services they provide.
I felt I was possibly overcharged for the service that I requested, which was to check on a new noise the boiler was making. Not only did they charge me for the short service visit ($97), but they added on a $105 inspection charge. The total cost was $177 with a $25 off coupon from their website. When I called them to check on the charges, they were reported to me that this is their normal billing for my request. Most of the time (20 min) was spent waiting for the technician to hear back from his boss about the charges, while I waited. 5-7 minutes was spent actually looking at the boiler unit. Then, I was asked to sign the bill for the visit that day while the tech was there- he presented to me the signature line only and I did not without see it itemized prior to my signing it. I now regret signing for the (verbally announced) charge without being given the opportunity to discuss the charges first. The person who came out for the service, Corey, was polite and helpful. But he didn't present the electronic (on iPad) bill in a way that I could understand and I asked him for more information while he was on site and he showed me the breakdown of the charges only after I had signed. I also shared with him then that the charges seemed high to me. Responsiveness: They were able to put me on the schedule in the afternoon of the day I called at 9 AM so they were able to get me in quickly which I appreciated. When I talked to others, it appears that $200 may be too much for a short weekday service call with nothing repaired and no parts replaced and nothing wrong with the machine. Next time I will be more careful to get the breakdown of the bill before signing and also to get visit estimates or look at other places.

We just had own air conditioner and furnace inspected and tuned up, as well as had a new thermostat installed by Devon. A1 service all around!

We needed to replace both our Furnace and AC and I spoke to quite a few companies and did a fair amount of research which led me to conclude that installation and service were just as important as brand. So, with that in mind I emphasized the installation company performance reviews and wisely chose Trusted. My selection was cemented when after I asked Jennifer about concerns running cables through the finished basement she offered to send Alex over to verify. Alex came over looked at our options and guaranteed they could get it done. Wow what a relief, every other company just said no or we will give it a try and hope for the best?! With the high efficiency models we wanted the communication and power cords are necessary for complete performance. That is service before the sale! Installation was scheduled quickly and the team arrived promptly. The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The results are terrific the workmanship is outstanding and professional. Shout out to the hard working Trusted install team Jeff, Trevor, Corey and Garrett and of course Alex and Jen. I highly recommend Trusted Heating and glad they will be servicing our equipment in the future.

Furnace stopped working overnight. Devon was on site in no time and was very pleasant and efficient. Surprised by how inexpensive the service was. Will definitely use Trusted again!
I would highly recommend trusted heating and cooling for any installation or repair. Alex, Jeff and Trevor did a outstanding job on installation of a new boiler and a boiler supplied hot water tank. Their workmanship is outstanding!!!! Fast friendly and competent workers! They left very clean job site when finished!

We just had a new water heater, furnace and air conditioning system put in from Trusted. From start to finish, the quality and service was excellent! Our ac stopped cooling and Trusted was out the day after calling to check it out. The almost 30 year old condenser failed and Devon recommended a new system. Howard came out the next day to look at our current setup and give us a recommendation. He answered all our questions and have us some options. We ended up replacing our ac and furnace since the heating was just as old. Matt and Garrett came out within a few days and did an amazing job removing the old stuff and putting in the new. I'm really impressed with the care they took running lines and routing pipes. It looks and works much better than previous. It's like they weren't even there. No trace left behind besides an expertly installed ac and furnace. I'll be back again for any HVAC needs.
