What a great experience.. we called and Keith was here the next business day to evaluate our situation .. then back the day after to install new air conditioner.. what a great company .. we have had Keith in the past years for all our heating and air conditioning issues . Keith and his guys are Prompt .. courteous .. efficient …and above all TRUSTED to deliver what they promise .. we would never use any one else for our services . Keith was incredibly knowledgeable and able to get my furnace running in minutes. I woke up with my furnace off and my house at 60 degrees with my newborn and 5 year old daughter. I saw his sticker on the furnace from when the furnace was installed 20 years ago. I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he came to the rescue. He was up front with the price (and it was cheap!) and told me everything I needed to know about the state of the furnace, water heater, sump pump, & AC. Local and good hearted guy. Will definitely be using him in the future and will be recommending him whenever I get a chance.
Service was exceptional! I highly recommend Patriot heating and cooling! We received a quick quote and 4 days later we had a new furnace and AC. Keith responded to all calls and requests promptly and courteously. Covered flooring with mats on entry and cleaned up everything before leaving. Top notch work and service. Also, Patriot Heating has been servicing our old furnace/AC for years at very reasonable rates.
Keith was able to come out the day I called. He looked over my AC and gave me an honest quote. He answered all my questions and answered more when I called him the next day over and over. He's a very patient man who wants to take care of you. Keith and Doug came out and installed our new AC and A Coil two days later and were very professional and polite, making sure to use our walk out basement door so they didn't track dirt through the house. We will be calling Patriot again.

Just finally had the time to give a huge Thank You shout out to Keith at Patriot Heating & Cooling. I have been home recovering from heart surgery and have been more thankful than ever for our cool home. Back in June 2021 during the very hot and humid days, our central air decided to stop working. My 84-year-old father lives with us and has health issues and we knew we needed it fixed fast . Keith was very kind hearted and truly understanding of the urgency of our situation . Not only did he come out ASAP, he took the time to give us an honest diagnosis and a very reasonable charge for fixing what was wrong. Keith was responsive and followed up with me, and was flexible with scheduling the A/C repair. He came prepared and used some sealant to fix a microleak in the tubing, and gave some additional tips on fan and filter use to optimize cooling the house. Thanks Keith!!

We woke up to find out our furnace had gone out in the middle of the night. We called Keith on a Saturday morning at 7 am and woke him up. He had no problem with that and came out that morning. He diagnosed the problem and stayed on top of it until he could locate the part that was needed to fix the problem. And before you knew it we had heat. Yayyyy. We have used Keith in the past and he has always been very professional, quick to respond, and very fair in his pricing. We highly recommend Keith from Patriot Heating & Cooling.
My 80 yr old parents were having trouble with their air conditioners. I called Patriot and received a call back right away from Keith. He was very nice and offered to have someone out the following day even though it was a holiday. Phil came out, was very professional, nice, and fixed both air conditioners for my parents. I highly recommend this company.
Our AC went out a few weeks ago and we contacted several local companies for estimates on replacing the AC and furnace. We went with Patriot Heating and Cooling and are so glad we did. They delivered as promised, were prompt and professional, included an updated thermostat and flushed the lines at no extra charge and got us on the schedule quickly. Phil and Don really did an outstanding job with the install and I can’t say enough about them and the company. I highly recommend them.
We are so grateful of Phil coming today Sunday Memorial Weekend to repair our hot water heater. He was following the social distance and patiently diagnosed and restored the service for us. We highly recommend this company for heating and cooling services.
Had 3 companies out to look at my furnace issues. 2 wanted to sell me a new furnace and AC system. One wanted to sell me an AC unit. Decided to call a 4th company, which was Patriot H&C. I"m so glad I did. Phil came out and knew just what to do to correct the issue. I can"t give Phil enough praises. He is very pleasant, very knowledgeable, professional. Phil is a great guy! I had three estimates for a new furnace and keith gave me the best price, he also threw in a new thermostat, the (two) workers were great and went beyond the call of duty, showed up on time and even made sure my humidifier was working before they left, cleaned up everything and took the old furnace with them, would recommend. I’m a first time home owner and was a bit intimidated at the thought of getting a new furnace and ac installed. Phil and the crew were not only solid people, but solid professionals. The quality of work, attentiveness, and product was outstanding. To my fellow Veterans: They also offer a military discount. I will always use them as long as the doors are open for business. Companies that put people before profit are becoming more and more rare. This is a company whom has its priorities in check.
