These guys are awesome. Fast, courteous, and they do great work. They replaced my furnace last year, and they just replaced my AC compressor last week. It’s lovely not to have to worry about who to call about such big ticket problems.
Called this morning, and the technician came within an hour. Friendly, professional service.

Just had the A/C check-up. They were extremely professional and prompt. We needed a little Freon which they took care of. As always the price is competitive but more importantly I feel confident that they are not trying to do work that does not need to be done. I will call them again in the future.
I would NOT recommend using Soltman H/C. They installed a new Unico A/C in 2018. Less than 4 years later the system failed because of a defective evaporator coil. The cost of the evaporator coil part, $1000, is covered by Unico, but the labor to install it, $1900, it is not. According to John Cissel, the owner of Soltman, labor is covered for only 18 months. What's the point of a warranty for a defective part, if the labor cost to replace it is greater than the part cost. Again, I would strongly recommend NOT using Soltman H/C.

Came home from Florida and after one load of laundry the water heater started to leak, big time. One call and 90 minutes later we are back doing laundry. Guys were great, friendly, very professional. Would recommend again and always. Will call in a month for A/C tune up
Called them about Furnace not working on the coldest night for my 84 yr old mother and 69 yr old uncle both sickly and bed bound as I take care of them.They came right out and replaced the furnace the next day gave a fair price and offered no interest financing The owner himself Came out to do the estimate . Very professional and did a great job.My mother had them put a furnace in a previous residence 25 yrs ago and was very happy.I have used them myself many times for my rental properties. Great Family owned bussiness!

Professional, prompt and no BS. They replaced my furnace at the lowest cost after looking at 4 quotes. No high pressure sale tactics or selling me stuff I didn’t need. No wonder the prior owner had them install the furnace I just replaced 30 years ago. Before and After picture shown.
AC broke yesterday. Reached out to a number of companies. Was the only one that even responded. Set a same day appointment. Came and fixed it. Didn't try to make it worse than it was. Definitely pleased.

Soltman H&C is a top notch LOCAL FAMILY OWNED business. They have always been my go to provider for repairs, service and new installations at my home. This past Sat. my furnace died and they were at my home within the hour and had the heat back on furnace repaired at an affordable fair rate

I have nothing but great things to say about Soltman H&C. We had problems with keeping the upstairs cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and Soltman proposed the perfect solution, putting in an independent unit for our two rooms (both controlled by an individual thermostat). They talked us through everything so there were no surprises, and on the day of installation handled it with first-class, on-time, respectful of our family (working from home and a 6-month old needing to get naps in). I would highly recommend Soltman to anyone needing help with their summer/winter needs.

I asked Brian to service my air conditioner and provide consultation on a very high electric bill. Very very thorough, patient, and explained things very well. He took the cover off of my a/c unit and viola cottonwood galore! He advised this puts tremendous strain on the unit and drives up utility bills. He also provided strategies around reducing my bill while maintaining the life of the equipment. I really really liked this firm- no pressure to upsell this, that, and the other.
