Great place to deliver. Mike started unloading me and angela finished the job. Both were very professional and courteous. Will gladly take load back there again if asked.
Great work atmosphere
Guy driving one of these work vans on lake pleasant Rd this morning at 6:40am passed me on a hill in a no passing zone. Learn to drive properly this is how people die.
One of the jerks driving a mini van was backing out of a driveway onto a busy road and wasn't going to stop and nearly backed into me as I was going down the road. I slammed on the brakes and the horn as we worried we weren't going to stop in time and he STILL started to back up on me as I leaned into the horn again trying to get out of his way. He then proceeded to stretch his arm out and flip me off. I called the office and the girl was apologetic...but that didn't completely account for what an incredible piece of garbage they apparently have on their staff. The house he was leaving are folks I know and have already alerted them and countless friends to NOT hire this company. Bad employees do more damage than they are worth. Hope the guy gets fired soon.

This is by far the WORST company EVER!!!! The staff there are incredibly rude, and there service people are incompetent. I purchased a humidifier 3 years ago for the dryness in my home, and paid a lot of money for it, and it has done nothing to help with the dryness. I've called to complain on numerous occasions only for them to tell me nothing. The service person that was sent to my home was NO HELP AT ALL!!! He never explained to me anything about the humidifier I purchased and how to use it. The manager also was no help, as he mentioned to me that I've called before and it's been three years, and that he wasn't going to do anything, or send anyone else out (even though he sent someone out to my home once who was incompentent) and that I needed too call someone else!!! Talking about nerves!!!! These people are only concerned about MONEY and nothing else!!! I never been so disrespected in my life!!! And not only that, the people who answer the phones there are extremely rude too. Don't waste your time dealing with these "HEARTLESS" people. Use another company. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Your people are doing work in my office building as I am typing this Right Now. I don't think I have ever met a crew that was more polite and efficient! Thank You Very Much!!! JLR
