These guy's are really good
Excellent service,
My wife called this place because we needed to replace our furnace and a/c unit. When my wife called the guy who answered complained about how much the phone call was costing him. We wanted someone to come to our house and give us an estimate on our furnace and the guy again complained about how much it would cost him to send someone out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Fast dependable service. Great prices. Everyone was very helpful in getting my new furnace installed just before Christmas.

Stern on prices, but friendly
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Had a guy look at our furnace from this company, he couldn't figure it out so he lied and made something up like my heat exchanger is broken. Well that was a lie because I had to pay some one else that was certified to come and say that he was completely wrong and had my furnace running in 10 minutes of showing up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No honest people!
Was told my heater exchanger was bad and that I should just get a new furnace. Bought the new furnace, paid some one to come and change them and turns out nothing was wrong with my furnace. It's blowing out heat right this moment, so thanks to some one I know in the family that is certified in heating and cooling to get my heat going. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! He couldn't figure out the problem so he made up something that wasn't something he could do on the spot to just get my money and get to the next job! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
Called to get a quote and the guys said hello by snapping at me like I woke him up or interrupted what he was doing. I had to ask for the business name and I ask how much it would be for someone to come out and check my furnace the guy says “ A lot we are on overtime.” Then ask what kind of furnace I have. I told him a mobile home furnace. He asked for the brand and then talked to someone in the background while I tried to tell him. He had no clue what brand it was and said I had to call someone else. Very unprofessional worst customer service I’ve ever had.
Very good place to find pipe parts or just need your furnace or A/C serviced for the year these people are professional and will fix whatever problem you have very nice people
I came in to buy parts for my furnace and they let me know. I did not need them tested the parts and told me exactly what was wrong with my furnace and it’s working fine and I didn’t have to spend any money. Great service
Burns brothers is only a name anymore. They used to be a friendly family type of business, but my most recent experience left me looking for other heating and cooling . 40% markup on replacement parts as well $120.00 on diagnostic charges and an additional $120.00 to install the part ( 500.00 for part). If they would have have the part available or if the BURN brothers were doing the job I'm sure the price would be more in line to reasonable. They added Boise plumbing to their company and maybe that is why they are more expensive . Too bad because Burns treated me good and thats why i chose them to install my furnace, I wont be calling them back!!

They installed a new boiler 2 and a half years ago and did a great job. Very happy. Now I have a zone valve go bad and they play the game of ohh I don't have a zone valve in my truck. I'll have to come back. They come back and charge me $328 to replace a $70 zone valve. A Boiler repair man doesn't keep a basic zone valve on his truck? So much for being a loyal customer. I'm done with them.

I've got a 42 year old Bryant furnace. Eric, one of their employees, fixed it by removing the electric pilot, installing a manual pilot, which also required a new gas valve. Reengineering that worked. I was impressed.
