Friendly service
A Big thank you to Big Al’s Heating and Cooling. I know I’m going to stay warm this winter. Fast efficient service. Easy to work with, explained everything to me in layman’s terms. Highly recommend.
His wife took my number an said that Al was busy an would get back with me. However when Al called he only called to tell me that he would not come an look at my ac because he didnt put it in. I am thankful that he didnt show up because I got ahold of Complete Comfort an they were her within the hr an fixed me up simple fix on my unit that was less than a yr old
Honest, fast and friendly! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Big Al is a truest honest man that did everything he could to save us money! He came out quickly and was very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone!
Good prices and they try to get to you fast.
Reasonable rates for parts and service, considering the quality of workmanship. The woman working the phones was punctual and and kept me up to date on everything. * There's alot of heating and cooling companies out there, but there's only 1 Big Al's. If your looking for quality work, fast friendly service, and a piece of mind knowing the jobs done right, look no further.
