Adam helped diagnose my problem over the phone in a matter of minutes. He was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgable. He helped me understand what the issue was and helped me to rectify it to restore my heat. I'd HIGHLY recommend Tempest Air to anyone who is looking for an honest contractor.

I had used Adam and Tempest in the past and when my elderly parents lost their A/C on the hottest night of the summer, Adam and his team came out immediately when every other company said we would have to wait at least a week. They treated my parents with such respect and kindness, I can’t say enough about this company!! My Mom felt so safe having them in her home and they so grateful for the immediate cool relief!

Had a gas leak right before Christmas a few years ago. They came out on Christmas Eve and "saved Christmas" so we didn't have to spend it in a hotel, and at a very reasonable price too! Still using them today... but not for the gas leak, that's fixed.
Back in December, I had Adam and his team fix my 20 yr old, 80% efficiency furnace. They gave me some valuable advice on how to maintain my system and thoroughly explained the repair. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived on time unlike some contractors I've had in the past. After doing some research, speaking with several HVAC techs, and surviving the horrible winter, I decided that I wanted to purchase a new more efficient furnace (96%). Being a savvy consumer, I knew what system I wanted and I wasn't going to over pay for it. I received 4 quotes from other competitors before I contacted Adam. The competitors prices were very comparable, however, to obtain those prices I had to fill out rebate forms and if approved, wait 8 weeks to get my money. I had a great experience with Tempest Air and I wanted to give their shot to earn my business. Adam's prices were comparable to the competitors without having to wait for a rebate from my gas company. Adam was confident in his prices and stands behind his work, which is evident by the 3 year labor warranty. Tempest Air had the best labor warranty and best price out the the 5 quotes I received. It should be noted that Adam and 1 other contractor determined that my current furnace was bigger then needed for my residence. With the cost savings, I had enough left over to to have Adam replace my 18 yr old water heater. Adam's team arrived early, completed the work (furnace & water heater), and cleaned up the job site. Adam took time to explain my new system in detail and answered some additional questions I had. I highly recommend Tempest Air, not only for their no nonsense, straightforward pricing but professionalism and workmanship.
